VP, Head of CEE Sales

We are looking for a Vice-President, Head of CEE Sales to join our team. S/he can be based in either one of our offices in Prague, Warsaw or Bucharest.
Lead the sales strategy of Octobank’s business banking products and services across the CEE region;
Lead and grow the CEE business banking teams in collaboration with the Country Managers, and the Global management team;
Achieve business objectives, including the annual revenue plan at target margins; by maintaining and growing existing relationships, identifying incremental business and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction;
Identify gaps and opportunities in the market for new growth opportunities, and develop key sales initiatives;
Establish an annual sales plan and goals with the objective of fostering growth;
Lead and drive a high performance and innovative culture;
Analyze sales performance by gathering and interpreting data and metrics and proactively identify areas of opportunity and propose the appropriate actions;
Undertake all relevant training and refresh training as relevant to your role.
Highly strategic and motivated leader who is comfortable dealing with banking projects and working with global cross functional teams;
7+ years of relevant experience working in management consulting, banking, strategy or business development with exposure to the FinTech vertical;
Master’s degree is preferred;
A leader with proven management skills and the ability to inspire a culture of banking innovation, able to develop high performing teams;
Track record of consistently achieving quota in past positions;
A good understanding of information technology, particularly web-based application;
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills;
Demonstrated skills in objective market analysis; strategy formulation, implementation, and execution;
Understanding of financial products / services features and advantages;
Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems;
Outstanding negotiation / sales skills with proven closing ability;
Strong organizational and diary management skills;
A results-driven approach and strong self-drive, along with the ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets.
