Managero folosește un sistem propriu de criterii de evaluare și de clasificare a candidaților – Sistemul de Clasificare Managero (SCM). E un sistem simplificat, care listează un număr de aprox. 100 de domenii de expertiză, și pentru fiecare dintre acestea este atribuit un nivel de senioritate (experiență/ expertiză), rezultând Profilul Managero al candidatului.

Domeniile de expertiză (criteriile de clasificare / evaluare) sunt împărțite în trei clase mari:

  • Industries – domeniile de activitate ale organizațiilor (angajatorilor)
  • Job domains – tipologia (domeniile) posturilor / joburilor
  • Other classification criteria – alte criterii de clasificare

Industrial products (Products for industrial use (B2B))

  • Medical equipment (Medical equipment and materials)
  • Machinery and industrial Devices (Machinery, industrial equipments and devices)
  • Materials (Industrial materials)
  • Soft commodities (Agricultural and food commodities)
  • Hard commodities (Raw materials)
  • Industrial products in general (Various products for industrial use (B2B))

Business and Industrial services (Industrial services, mainly for business clients (B2B))

  • English (1 = poorly … 5 = mother tongue)
  • No. of other additional foreign languages (one unit for each additional foreign language – English and mother tongue not included here)

Higher education (Starting with post-secondary/ tertiary education and additional)

  • Volume and level of formal education (Unit one is the lowest level of post-secondary education (B.A. or B.S.))
  • Quality of formal education (From lowest to highest university ranking in Europe and USA)
  • Volume of additional education (Anything additional to Bachelor, Master or PhD)
  • Quality of additional education (Reference system is Europe and USA)

Note:

  • Doar domeniile de ultimul nivel (cele cu bullets) intră în SCM. Clasele (cu bold) au doar rol de grupare, pentru usurința reperării domeniilor.
  • Job domains (domeniile de acoperire ale postului / jobului) includ doar specializările (tipurile de job) care sunt comune și se regăsesc în aproape toate companiile și organizațiile: sales, marketing, HR, IT, finance, operations, etc. Specializările (joburile) care se regăsesc doar în anumite industrii (Industry-specific specializations/ jobs) vor fi incluse într-o extensie a SCM la o dată ulterioară. Ex: retail/ corporate/ treasury etc. pentru Banking, hotel/ restaurant/ theme parks etc. pentru Hospitality etc.
