E un sistem simplificat, care listeaz\u0103 un num\u0103r de aprox. 100 de <span style=\"color: #993366;\"><em>domenii de expertiz\u0103<\/em><\/span>, \u0219i pentru fiecare dintre acestea este atribuit un <em><span style=\"color: #993366;\">nivel de senioritate<\/span><\/em> (experien\u021b\u0103\/ expertiz\u0103), rezult\u00e2nd <span style=\"color: #333333;\">un profil<\/span> al candidatului. <span style=\"color: #993366;\"><strong>Autoevaluarea SCM<\/strong><\/span> (f\u0103cut\u0103 de c\u0103tre candidat) \u0219i <strong><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Profilul Managero<\/span><\/strong> (f\u0103cut de c\u0103tre speciali\u0219tii Managero) se prezint\u0103 sub forma unei diagrame cu bare, \u00een care sunt listate doar criteriile (domeniile de expertiz\u0103) care au cel pu\u021bin valoarea 1 la nivelul de senioritate.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.managero.ro\/help\/domeniile-scm\/\"><u>Domeniile de expertiz\u0103<\/u><\/a> (criteriile de clasificare \/ evaluare) sunt \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bite \u00een trei clase mari:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Industries<\/span><\/strong> &#8211; domeniile de activitate ale organiza\u021biilor (angajatorilor)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Job domains<\/strong> &#8211; tipologia (domeniile) posturilor \/ joburilor<\/li>\n<li><strong>Other classification criteria<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; alte criterii de clasificare<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Nivelurile de senioritate<\/u> \/ expertiz\u0103 \/ experien\u021b\u0103 \/ vechime cu 5 trepte<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nivelurile se atribuie pe o scara de la 1 la 5, \u00een care 1 este nivelul minim \u0219i 5 este nivelul maxim posibil pe care \u00eel poate atinge cineva pentru respectivul criteriu.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800080;\">\u00cen domeniul \u00een care nu exist\u0103 niciun fel de experien\u021b\u0103 \/ expunere nu se pune nicio valoare (se las\u0103 gol = valoare 0). NU alege\u021bi valoarea 1 pentru domeniile cu care nu ave\u021bi nicio leg\u0103tur\u0103!<\/span><\/li>\n<li>La primul click pe una dintre c\u0103su\u021be, se stabile\u0219te valoarea; la al doilea click se anuleaz\u0103 (se \u0219terge tot r\u00e2ndul)<\/li>\n<li>Domeniile de clasificare din Industries \u0219i Job domains sunt grupate pe categorii descrise explicit<\/li>\n<li>Anumite categorii din Job Domains con\u021bin numeroase domenii de clasificare. Pentru a evita situa\u021biile \u00een care cineva consider\u0103 c\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 le bifeze pe toate, sau pe cele mai multe dintre ele, am pus la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul fiecarei categorii un domeniu de clasificare cumulativ: All finance \/ All HR \/ All IT&amp;C etc. <span style=\"color: #800080;\">Dac\u0103 un candidat bifeaz\u0103 doar acest domeniu de clasificare, se \u00een\u021belege ca are competen\u021be pentru \u00eentreaga categorie, sau pentru cele mai importante domenii de clasificare ale sale.<\/span> Bifarea acestui domeniu de clasificare este echivalen\u021ba cu bifarea tuturor, sau a majorit\u0103\u021bii celor de mai sus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Unde este folosit\u0103 <span style=\"color: #993366;\">Autoevaluarea SCM<\/span> de c\u0103tre recrutori \u0219i angajatori:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ca o informa\u021bie sintetic\u0103 suplimentar\u0103 pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 CV, scrisoarea de inten\u021bie \u0219i celelalte documente din pachetul de candidatur\u0103 (aplica\u021bia)<\/li>\n<li>Pentru filtrarea candidaturilor: Angajatorii pot folosi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.managero.ro\/help\/sistemul-de-clasificare-managero-scm-2\/\"><span style=\"color: #993366;\">SCM<\/span><\/a> pentru construirea unui <span style=\"color: #993366;\">profil minimal acceptabil: <\/span>dac\u0103 cel pu\u021bin una dintre valorile <em>Seniority<\/em> este mai mic\u0103 dec\u00e2t cea din <em>Profilul minimal acceptabil<\/em>, atunci candidatura este respins\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Managero face propriile evalu\u0103ri ale candidaturilor \u00een cadrul aceluia\u0219i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.managero.ro\/help\/sistemul-de-clasificare-managero-scm-2\/\"><span style=\"color: #993366;\">SCM<\/span><\/a>, exact \u00een acela\u0219i fel, pe baza CV-ului \u0219i a altor informa\u021bii disponibile, rezult\u00e2nd <span style=\"color: #993366;\">Profilul Managero<\/span>, care poate s\u0103 fie diferit de <span style=\"color: #993366;\">Autoevaluarea SCM<\/span>. Angajatorul poate cere ca, \u00een cazul existen\u021bei unui <em>Profil minimal acceptabil<\/em>, filtrarea candida\u021bilor s\u0103 se fac\u0103 fie cu profilul <span style=\"color: #993366;\">Autoevaluarea SCM<\/span>, f\u0103cut\u0103 de candida\u021bi, fie cu <span style=\"color: #993366;\">Profilul Managero<\/span>, f\u0103cut de c\u0103tre speciali\u0219tii Managero.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u27a1 Aten\u021bie:\u00a0este posibil s\u0103 (considera\u021bi c\u0103) ave\u021bi anumite competen\u021be \u00eentr-un domeniu sau altul chiar dac\u0103 nu a\u021bi avut joburi care apar \u00een CV \u0219i din care s\u0103 reias\u0103 aceast\u0103 leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu domeniul \u00eentr-un mod evident. Pot fi competen\u021be\/ experien\u021b\u0103 dob\u00e2ndite prin studiu individual sau \u00een alt mod. Totu\u0219i, aceste situa\u021bii sunt rare \u0219i includerea lor \u00een Autoevaluarea SCM trebuie f\u0103cut\u0103 dup\u0103 o matur\u0103 chibzuin\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Note<\/span><\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lista domeniilor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.managero.ro\/help\/sistemul-de-clasificare-managero-scm-2\/\"><span style=\"color: #993366;\">SCM<\/span><\/a> este dinamic\u0103. A fost fixat\u0103 ini\u021bial la un num\u0103r relativ mic (aprox. 100) de domenii (criterii), pentru a fi u\u0219or m\u00e2nuit\u0103. \u00cens\u0103 \u00een timp, odat\u0103 cu cre\u0219terea volumului de activitate al Managero, va cre\u0219te, prin ad\u0103ugarea de clase, grupuri \u0219i criterii noi la acestea existente deja. C\u00e2nd facem aceste modific\u0103ri (ad\u0103ugiri sau schimb\u0103ri de nume), valorile bifate de c\u0103tre candidat se pot \u0219terge sau schimba. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">De aceea v\u0103 rug\u0103m <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">insistent<\/span> s\u0103 v\u0103 revede\u021bi\/ reface\u021bi Autoevaluarea SCM periodic, de exemplu o dat\u0103 pe lun\u0103!<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\u00cen cazul analiz\u0103rii aplica\u021biilor (CV-ului, \u00een special), senioritatea \u0219i expertiza se deduc aproape exclusiv din experien\u021ba de lucru a candidatului: <em>Industries<\/em> din obiectele de activitate ale angajatorilor, <em>Job domains<\/em> din posturile de\u021binute \u0219i <em>Nivelurile de senioritate<\/em> din locul jobului \u00een ierarhia firmei \u0219i din vechimea pe fiecare post.
