S-a vorbit cel mai mult despre v\u00e2rste \u0219i rase, dar sunt \u0219i multe alte criterii de diferen\u021biere pe care le folosesc angajatorii la recrutare, unele dintre ele subcon\u0219tiente, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103-\u0219i dea seama c\u0103 discrimineaz\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Etichetarea rom\u00e2nilor dup\u0103 regiunea de provenien\u021b\u0103, sau chiar dup\u0103 jude\u021b, \u0219i apoi atribuirea unor tr\u0103s\u0103turi distinctive e arhicunoscut\u0103 la nivel anecdotic, \u00eens\u0103 mai pu\u021bini \u0219tiu c\u0103 acestea sunt \u0219i criterii de clasificare \u0219i de departajare \u00een recrutare, de multe ori.<\/p>\n<p>Iat\u0103 cum am observat eu c\u0103 angajatorii \u00eei grupeaz\u0103 pe angaja\u021bi, asociind un anumit nivel de \u00eencredere ab-initio, \u00een func\u021bie de originea candida\u021bilor. Cu alte cuvinte, dac\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 aleag\u0103 \u00eentre dou\u0103 CV-uri absolut identice, din toate punctele de vedere, cu excep\u021bia locului de origine a candidatului, marea majoritate vor alege pe cel dintr-o grup\u0103 mai de sus \u00een list\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Asta e \u201eierarhia\u201d \u00eencrederii observat\u0103 la angajatorii din Bucure\u0219ti.
