Dac\u0103 le redactezi \u00een a\u0219a fel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 nu se \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 nimic din ele (\u0219i a\u0219a fac peste 90% dintre cei care-\u0219i scriu CV-ul, inten\u021bionat sau nu), primul g\u00e2nd al recrutorului \u0219i angajatorului este fie c\u0103 vrei s\u0103-i p\u0103c\u0103le\u0219ti cu ceva f\u0103r\u0103 sus\u021binere, fie c\u0103 pur \u0219i simplu nu g\u00e2nde\u0219ti si nu \u00een\u021belegi lucruri elementare despre recrutare! Sau alte concluzii care nu te avantajeaz\u0103 deloc, dar chiar deloc, oricum&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Dac\u0103 ai pu\u021bine astfel de astfel de competen\u021be sau achievements notabile, \u0219i e\u0219ti sigur c\u0103 te avantajeaz\u0103, le po\u021bi trece direct \u00een CV. \u00cens\u0103 daca sunt mai multe, \u0219i, mai ales, chiar serioase \u0219i care te pot scoate din mul\u021bime, e obligatoriu s\u0103 le listezi separat de CV. Ca o anex\u0103, vreau s\u0103 spun, adic\u0103 \u00een acela\u0219i document\/ fi\u0219ier, fire\u0219te, doar c\u0103 puse \u00een sec\u021biuni separate.<\/p>\n<p>Toate studiile \u0219i statisticile arat\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 vreun echivoc, c\u0103 aproape to\u021bi oamenii mint \u00een CV-uri. \u0218i e natural s\u0103 fie a\u0219a, nici nu se poate altfel. De la mici omisiuni aproape inocente \u0219i p\u00e2n\u0103 la falsuri grosolane. Recrutorii \u0219i angajatorii \u0219tiu asta (\u0219i ei mint \u00een CV-urile lor, \u00een ce scriu \u0219i ce spun, \u00een oferte, \u00een rapoarte \u0219i peste tot pe unde au ocazia de a o face cu riscuri mici s\u0103 fie prin\u0219i), a\u0219a c\u0103 sunt foarte circumspec\u021bi c\u00e2nd citesc un CV.<\/p>\n<p>V\u0103 a\u0219tepta\u021bi s\u0103 v\u0103 cread\u0103 necondi\u021bionat, s\u0103 ia de bun tot ce scrie \u00een CV, doar pentru c\u0103 spune\u021bi c\u0103 a\u0219a este? Eu cred c\u0103 risca\u021bi ca prima concluzie s\u0103 fie c\u0103 nu prea \u0219ti\u021bi cum merg lucrurile pe lume, \u0219i cu at\u00e2t mai pu\u021bin \u00een management. Or, pentru moment (adic\u0103 etapa \u201eCV\u201d), singurul mod \u00een care pute\u021bi face credibile acele afirma\u021bii este s\u0103 le sus\u021bine\u021bi cu informa\u021bii credibile, \u00een special cifre, locuri \u0219i date din care s\u0103 reias\u0103 clar cine, ce \u0219i c\u00e2t a f\u0103cut. Altfel, r\u0103m\u00e2n simple afirma\u021bii, p\u0103reri, iluzii, dorin\u021be&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Am f\u0103cut \u0219i eu un astfel de CV builder argumentat \u00een <a href=\"http:\/\/www.managero.ro\/\">Managero<\/a>, site-ul de recrutare pentru pozi\u021bii de management pe care \u00eel lansez acum. Face\u021bi un test, s-ar putea s\u0103 ave\u021bi o surpriza: face\u021bi-v\u0103 un CV pe strctura propus\u0103 acolo (sau cu alta asem\u0103natoare, dar bazat\u0103 pe acelea\u0219i principii de rigurozitate), apoi da\u021bi CV-ul pe care-l ave\u021bi acum \u0219i pe cel \u00een formatul cu anexe la zece oameni care nu v\u0103 cunosc. S\u0103 le citeasca \u0219i s\u0103 v\u0103 spun\u0103 ce a \u00een\u021beles din fiecare \u0219i ce concluzie a tras&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Sigur, ce spun eu aici e de folos doar celor care au f\u0103cut ceva important \u0219i valoros \u00een cariera lor \u0219i \u00een via\u021b\u0103, fiindc\u0103 ar fi p\u0103cat ca acele lucruri s\u0103 nu fie prezentate cum trebuie, \u0219i s\u0103 nu fie \u00een\u021belese sau crezute. \u00cens\u0103 pentru ceilal\u021bi, adic\u0103 cei care nu prea au ce spune, formatul de CV cu impresii s-ar putea s\u0103-i avantajeze mai mult.
