Atunci nu o prezen\u021b\u0103 ca prostul!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Achievements din CV-uri sunt o man\u0103 cereasc\u0103 pentru cei mai mul\u021bi recrutori, pentru c\u0103 nu exist\u0103 alt loc mai potrivit \u00een CV \u00een care candidatul s\u0103-\u0219i arate mai pe fa\u021b\u0103 lipsa de logic\u0103, de inteligen\u021b\u0103, de \u00een\u021belegere a mecanismelor elementare de business, dec\u00e2t atunci c\u00e2nd \u00ee\u0219i prezint\u0103 realiz\u0103rile. Pentru cei mai mul\u021bi, lista de achievements sunt, pur \u0219i simplu, lucrurile pe care trebuie s\u0103 le fac\u0103 zi de zi, a\u0219a cum \u00eei sunt prezentate \u00een job description, la angajare. Al\u021bii pun de-a valma lucruri care nu pot sta al\u0103turi, amestec\u0103 taskuri uzuale cu realiz\u0103ri, \u00ee\u0219i trec cifre care ar trebui \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bite cel pu\u021bin la zece, sau c\u00e2\u021bi al\u021bi colegi o mai avea \u00een departament. Sau dimpotriv\u0103, trec drept realizare ceea ce ar putea s\u0103 fie, la fel de bine, un e\u0219ec \u00een toat\u0103 regula.<\/p>\n<p>Achievements \u00een CV nu sunt pentru oricine. Nu to\u021bi ar trebui s\u0103 se simt\u0103 obliga\u021bi s\u0103 \u0219i le pun\u0103 \u00een CV, a\u0219a cum se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 acum. Nu orice lucru pe care l-ai f\u0103cut cu un centimetru mai lung sau mai lat dec\u00e2t era de a\u0219teptat s\u0103-l faci e de scos \u00een eviden\u021b\u0103. S\u0103 treci ni\u0219te m\u0103run\u021bi\u0219uri ca achievements \u00een CV nu face dec\u00e2t s\u0103 arate c\u0103 ai f\u0103cut doar lucruri mici \u00een via\u021b\u0103! M\u0103car dac\u0103 nu le-ai trece, cel care cite\u0219te ar putea crede c\u0103 ai f\u0103cut mai mult de at\u00e2t. Mai pe scurt, sfatul meu este c\u0103 numai cei care au f\u0103cut ceva cu adev\u0103rat relevant \u00een via\u021ba s\u0103 \u0219i le treac\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i, mai ales, s\u0103 le prezinte \u00een a\u0219a fel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 lase s\u0103 se \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 c\u0103 \u00eel consider\u0103 om inteligent pe acela care le cite\u0219te. Chiar dac\u0103 nu e\u0219ti deloc convins de asta. Dac\u0103 vrei s\u0103 fie luate \u00een serios, atunci d\u0103 detalii care s\u0103 le fac\u0103 credibile, pe de o parte, \u0219i inteligibile pentru cititor, pe de alt\u0103 parte. Altfel, recrutorul \u0219i angajatorul vor crede c\u0103 vrei s\u0103-i p\u0103c\u0103le\u0219ti, \u00een\u0219ir\u00e2nd lucruri f\u0103r\u0103 nicio acoperire, f\u0103r\u0103 o justificare c\u00e2t de c\u00e2t credibil\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Am crescut cifra de afaceri a firmei de la 7.3 la 8.4 milioane de Euro. Punct, \u0219i de la cap\u0103t cu alt achievement, de acela\u0219i fel. O fi bine, o fi r\u0103u? Al\u021bii poate c\u0103 ar fi crescut-o la 8.8, sau chiar la 9.1, \u0219tiind cum a fost pia\u021ba \u00een ultimii ani\u2026 Oare c\u00e2t de prost m\u0103 crede omul care mi-a trimis acest CV, \u00eenchipuindu-\u0219i c\u0103 voi lua a\u0219a ceva \u00een serios, \u0219i c\u0103, \u00eenc\u0103 \u0219i mai mult, \u00eel voi l\u0103uda pentru asemenea realizare? Sau dac\u0103 \u0219tia c\u0103 nu o voi lua \u00een serios, de ce a pus-o?<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i \u00eenc\u0103 ceva: Presupun\u00e2nd c\u0103 chiar ai ceva de spus, s\u0103 \u00eende\u0219i aceste achievements \u00een CV, printre joburi \u0219i taskuri, nu mi se pare o idee deloc bun\u0103. CV-ul e CV, de o pagin\u0103 sau dou\u0103, a\u0219a cum a fost \u0219i p\u00e2n\u0103 s\u0103 apar\u0103 isteria cu achievements. Dar dac\u0103 vrei s\u0103-\u021bi prezin\u021bi \u0219i realiz\u0103rile, recomandarea mea este s\u0103 le pui pe o list\u0103 separat\u0103, a\u0219a cum fac cei care au portofolii, liste de publica\u021bii, de lucr\u0103ri, de proiecte etc. Fiindc\u0103 pe aceasta o po\u021bi face oric\u00e2t de lung\u0103 \u0219i de am\u0103nun\u021bit\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 deranjeze pe nimeni. Cu condi\u021bia ca s\u0103 nu-l insul\u021bi pe angajator, dup\u0103 cum am spus \u0219i mai sus, \u0219i s\u0103-i dai toate informa\u021biile de care are nevoie pentru a \u00een\u021belege ceea ce e de \u00een\u021beles. \u0218i bine sistematizate \u0219i prezentate, desigur: natura \u0219i anvergura proiectului, durat\u0103, bugetul, rolul t\u0103u \u00een proiect, rezultatele, etc. Dac\u0103 vrei s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 cu adev\u0103rat cu ce te-ai ocupat \u00een via\u021b\u0103 \u0219i ce rezultate au r\u0103mas dup\u0103 tine. (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.georgebutunoiu.com\/\"><em>George Butunoiu<\/em><\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>NB: TOATE numele care pot fi z\u0103rite \u00een imaginile cu CV-uri sau alte documente din filme, numele de companii, de locuri, adrese, telefoane etc. sunt fie schimbate cu totul, fie acoperite, \u00eence\u0163o\u015fate sau ascunse cu orice alt\u0103 metod\u0103 pe care am avut-o la \u00eendem\u00e2n\u0103 pentru a nu putea face leg\u0103tura cu posesorul real al datelor respective, oric\u00e2t v-a\u0163i str\u0103dui&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>NB1: \u00cen serialul nostru vorbim despre recrut\u0103rile pentru pozi\u0163iile de top \u015fi middle management, unde nu am v\u0103zut nicio diferen\u0163\u0103 de fond de la un specialist \u00een HR la altul, sau de la un decident (angajator) la altul, dup\u0103 cum am tot spus. La recrut\u0103rile pentru pozi\u0163iile mai joase pot ap\u0103rea diferen\u0163e \u015fi particularit\u0103\u0163i semnificative de la un angajator la altul, poate chiar de fond, a\u015fa c\u0103 acele cazuri trebuie privite cu rezerva cuvenit\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Un video f\u0103cut de c\u0103tre prietenii mei de la Media Story.
