Mul\u021bi nu \u0219tiu, de fapt, care sunt mecanica \u0219i instrumentele recrutorului, metodele \u0219i fluxul de lucru \u00eentr-un astfel de proces. \u0218i, mai ales confund\u0103 profilarea pe pia\u021b\u0103 cu profilarea pe job. Adic\u0103 nu \u0219tiu c\u0103 sunt 2 (dou\u0103) lucruri distincte, mai precis spus.<\/p>\n<p>Pe scurt, lucrurile stau cam a\u0219a: c\u00e2nd trimi\u021bi CV-ul unui recrutor (pentru un job anume, sau a\u0219a, \u00een general), acesta te evalueaz\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi face un &#8220;profil de pia\u021b\u0103&#8221;, adic\u0103 unul generic, transversal, nespecific, care aproximeaz\u0103 pozi\u021bia \u0219i valoarea ta pe pia\u021ba managerial\u0103. \u0218i ca s\u0103 te poat\u0103 clasifica \u00een banca de date, desigur. C\u00e2nd se \u00eent\u00e2lne\u0219te cu tine \u00een 3D, valideaz\u0103 profilul sau \u00eel schimb\u0103 pu\u021bin (rareori radical). Dar tot profil de pia\u021b\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2ne, numai c\u0103 e mai precis \u0219i are o bif\u0103 pe care scrie &#8220;validat&#8221; al\u0103turi.<\/p>\n<p>La mine, GB, de pild\u0103, scorurile numerice r\u0103m\u00e2n acelea\u0219i \u0219i dup\u0103 \u00eent\u00e2lnire, \u00een propor\u021bie de cel pu\u021bin 80%. Iar dac\u0103 schimb ceva, e doar cu o treapt\u0103 \u00een sus sau \u00een jos, aproape niciodat\u0103 cu mai mult.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e2nd ai o recrutare, angajatorul face un profil de job (&#8220;profilul candidatului ideal&#8221; \u0219i &#8220;profilul minimal acceptabil&#8221;) care are cam acelea\u0219i logic\u0103 \u0219i structur\u0103 cu profilul de pia\u021b\u0103 al angajatorului, dar nu sunt neap\u0103rat identice. Evident, e sarcina recrutorului s\u0103 stabileasc\u0103 o coresponden\u021b\u0103 c\u00e2t mai precis\u0103 \u0219i opera\u021bional\u0103 \u00eentre cele dou\u0103 profiluri. \u0218i munca recrutorului abia atunci \u00eencepe.<\/p>\n<p>Aplica\u021bia mea de evaluare \u0219i profilare cu AI, despre care am tot vorbit \u00een ultimele zile, v\u0103 va face profilul de pia\u021b\u0103, evident. Anul viitor, c\u00e2nd voi face o extensie pentru firme, angajatorul v\u0103 va face o &#8220;profilare pe job&#8221; cu ea (job matching). Adic\u0103, cei care au un scor mai mare \u00een profilul de pia\u021b\u0103 din aplica\u021bia lui GB (sau \u0219i a angajatorului, dac\u0103 va cump\u0103ra separat modulul de profilare general\u0103), nu vor avea neap\u0103rat un scor mai mare \u00een profilul pe job specific. A\u0219a c\u0103 nu v\u0103 impacienta\u021bi prea tare dac\u0103 a\u021bi avut not\u0103 mic\u0103 la BAC la un liceu prost, sau dac\u0103 a\u021bi pornit aiurea \u00een carier\u0103, c\u0103 s-ar putea s\u0103 recupera\u021bi repede.<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i c\u0103 tot vorbim despre aplica\u021biile AI de evaluare \u0219i profilare: am v\u0103zut multe zilele acestea. Unele fac un profil de pia\u021b\u0103, dar nu pe o gril\u0103 fix\u0103 de industrii \u0219i joburi, ci pe una generic\u0103, &#8220;povestit\u0103&#8221;, \u00een &#8220;cloud&#8221;. Eu nu voi proceda a\u0219a. Altele fac o profilare pe job specific, dar pe acelea nu le vede\u021bi, pentru c\u0103 sunt instrumentul de lucru al angajatorului \u0219i e esen\u021bial s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2t de confiden\u021bial se poate. \u0218i mai sunt unele \u00een care \u00eei dai anun\u021bul de recrutare\/ profilul jobului care te intereseaz\u0103, \u0219i \u00ee\u021bi spune \u00een ce m\u0103sur\u0103 CV-ul t\u0103u se potrive\u0219te cu acesta \u0219i are \u0219anse s\u0103 treac\u0103.
