Dup\u0103 mii de recrut\u0103ri \u00een care am v\u0103zut toate combina\u021biile posibile de calculare a veniturilor managerilor din salariu fix + variabil, am ajuns la o concluzie destul de ferm\u0103 cu privire la solu\u021bia optim\u0103 pentru Rom\u00e2nia. Nu e neap\u0103rat aceea\u0219i cu cele din \u021b\u0103rile occidentale mai dezvoltate \u0219i mai bogate, dintr-un motiv simplu: la ei nivelul de \u00eencredere e mult, mult mai ridicat dec\u00e2t la noi (de 3-4-5 ori mai ridicat, sau chiar mai mult, \u00een \u021b\u0103rile nordice), deci acolo se discut\u0103 cu totul altfel. La noi, deoarece candida\u021bii \/ noul angajat nu are nicio \u00eencredere \u00een angajator (nivelul statistic de ne\u00eencredere ini\u021bial\u0103 e de 90%), candidatul nu are nicio \u00eencredere \u00een promisiunile de c\u00e2\u0219tig din % rezultatelor viitoare.<\/p>\n<p>De aceea, \u00een cazurile \u00een care partea variabil\u0103 a veniturilor este\/ poate fi consistent\u0103, eu le recomand clien\u021bilor (angajatorii) urm\u0103toarea formul\u0103: dac\u0103 noul manager are \u00eendoieli asupra unei formule de calcul \u00eenc\u0103 de la \u00eenceput, s\u0103 \u00eenceap\u0103 doar cu salariul fix. \u0218i dup\u0103 o perioad\u0103 (o lun\u0103, trei, \u0219ase, nou\u0103), dup\u0103 ce managerul se l\u0103mure\u0219te pe deplin cum e cu businessul, ce se poate face \u0219i ce nu, c\u00e2t se poate c\u00e2\u0219tiga \u0219i cu ce riscuri etc., s\u0103 vin\u0103 singur \u0219i s\u0103 propun\u0103 formula de calcul pentru \u00eemp\u0103r\u021birea fix\/ variabil, pentru c\u00e2\u0219tiguri mai mari. E cel mai mic risc \u0219i pentru angajat \u0219i pentru angajator.<\/p>\n<p>Propunerea a fost foarte bine primit\u0103 de candida\u021bi, c\u00e2nd angajatorii au folosit-o.
