Pe c\u00e2t posibil, la recrut\u0103rile pentru stat totul trebuie f\u0103cut pe acte, pe documente, \u0219i s\u0103 nu r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 nicio urm\u0103 de evaluare \u201esubiectiv\u0103\u201d a recrutorului. \u0218i se tot scot, se scot criterii de evaluare p\u00e2n\u0103 nu mai r\u0103m\u00e2n dec\u00e2t vreo c\u00e2teva. Pentru care nici nu au nevoie de vreun recrutor, evident, fiindc\u0103 \u0219i portarul poate num\u0103ra anii de vechime din CV \u0219i s\u0103 pun\u0103 o cruciuli\u021b\u0103 dac\u0103 are master sau nu.<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 \u201ecantitatea \u0219i calitatea educa\u021biei formale\u201d? \u2013 m\u0103 \u00eentreab\u0103 ei. Problema cea mai mare e la voi, nu e la recrutori, la consultan\u021bi, la candida\u021bi sau la cei din CA care fac recrutarea \u0219i care fac pe ei de fric\u0103 s\u0103 nu conteste te miri cine \u0219i s\u0103 trebuiasc\u0103 s\u0103 explice ce nu poate fi explicat unuia care nu vrea s\u0103 aud\u0103.
