Chiar c\u00e2nd e frauduloas\u0103."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ce scrie mai departe e cel mai bun sfat pe care \u00eel pute\u021bi primi legat de comportamentul la un interviu de angajare \u2013 de partea lui vorbit\u0103, mai precis spus, de discurs, de ceea ce spune\u021bi, cum v\u0103 prezenta\u021bi \u0219i ce r\u0103spunde\u021bi. \u0218i e r\u0103spunsul la \u00eentrebarea \u2013 \u201econcurs\u201d pe care am pus-o ieri pe social media. O reiau mai jos, pentru a p\u0103stra consisten\u021ba temei:<\/p>\n<p>\u201eExist\u0103 o calitate a candida\u021bilor, care, folosit\u0103 intensiv la interviu, \u00eei propulseaz\u0103 mult \u00een fa\u021ba altor concuren\u021bi, c\u00e2teodat\u0103 chiar decisiv. Fie c\u0103 e o calitate natural\u0103 a respectivului candidat, fie c\u0103 pur \u0219i simplu a \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat tehnica \u0219i o folose\u0219te. E aproape imposibil s\u0103-\u021bi dai seama la un singur interviu de 30-40 de minute dac\u0103 asta chiar e \u00een natura candidatului sau nu. Din experien\u021ba mea de 35 de ani \u00een recrutare, pot spune cu certitudine c\u0103, dintre calit\u0103\u021bile legate de discurs (prezentarea vorbit\u0103), aceasta este, de departe, cea mai eficient\u0103. Mai mult, e \u0219i cea mai sigur\u0103, \u00een sensul c\u0103 nu depinde de vreo interpretare subiectiv\u0103 a intervievatorului. \u00cen practic\u0103, \u00eent\u00e2lne\u0219ti mereu c\u00e2\u021biva angajatori care nu apreciaz\u0103, sau chiar dezaprob\u0103 o tr\u0103s\u0103tur\u0103 anume, pe care marea majoritate a celorlal\u021bi o consider\u0103 o calitate. Dar nu e cazul cu aceasta! Niciodat\u0103, \u00een 35 de ani, nu am v\u0103zut un angajator care s\u0103 nu o aprecieze. \u0218i, v\u0103 imagina\u021bi bine, am discutat cu mii de angajatori despre calit\u0103\u021bile candida\u021bilor, \u00een at\u00e2ta amar de vreme. Ei bine, de\u0219i pare greu de crezut, aproape niciun candidat nu o folose\u0219te la interviu! O \u00eent\u00e2lne\u0219ti la cei c\u00e2\u021biva (destul de pu\u021bini) care o au \u00een mod natural, dar aproape niciodat\u0103 la ceilal\u021bi. \u0218i marele paradox este c\u0103 e o tehnic\u0103 foarte simpl\u0103, \u0219i, mai mult, e aproape imposibil pentru interlocutor s\u0103-\u0219i dea seama dac\u0103 e o calitate natural\u0103 sau o tehnic\u0103 preg\u0103tit\u0103 special pentru interviu. Oare de ce crede\u021bi c\u0103 se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 asta???\u00a0\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Reiau ce am scris mai sus, c\u0103 nu am v\u0103zut, \u00een 35 de ani, nici m\u0103car un singur angajator care s\u0103 nu aprecieze asta. Chiar dac\u0103 unii cu mai pu\u021bin entuziasm, \u00eens\u0103 nu a fost nici m\u0103car unul singur c\u0103ruia s\u0103-i displac\u0103, sau m\u0103car s\u0103 nu o observe. Nu, to\u021bi candida\u021bii care au folosit aceast\u0103 tehnic\u0103 au crescut brusc \u0219i vizibil \u00een fa\u021ba intervievatorilor.<\/p>\n<p>S\u0103 nu v\u0103 treac\u0103 prin minte c\u0103 un astfel de profil semnaleaz\u0103 o deficien\u021b\u0103 pe alt\u0103 parte, de genul unei creativit\u0103\u021bi mai reduse, s\u0103 zicem, c\u0103 acel candidat nu e suficient de vizionar, de dream\/ think big, c\u0103 nu vede ansamblul, nu g\u00e2nde\u0219te la scar\u0103 mare, strategic sau altele asemenea. Nici vorb\u0103! Nu exist\u0103 astfel de leg\u0103turi \u00eentre ele, a\u0219a cum le place multora s\u0103 cread\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>R\u0103spunsul e redactat de ChatGPT, dar sub directa mea \u00eendrumare \u0219i dup\u0103 mai multe cereri de reformulare. Plus exemplele puse de \u201eel\u201d, ca s\u0103 nu mai pierd eu timpul, p\u00e2n\u0103 a ajuns la aceast\u0103 form\u0103, foarte aproape de ceea ce am vrut eu s\u0103 spun.<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i revin cu \u00eentrebarea: de ce crede\u021bi c\u0103 nu folose\u0219te nimeni aceast\u0103 tehnic\u0103 \u2013 una dintre rarele, foarte pu\u021binele pe care le pute\u021bi preg\u0103ti dinainte acas\u0103, \u00een detaliu, chiar dac\u0103 nu ave\u021bi deloc aceast\u0103 calitate? \u0218i care este cea mai eficient\u0103 dintre toate tehnicile pe care le cunosc eu, legate de discursul la interviu? \u0218i nu s\u0103ri\u021bi de fund \u00een sus s\u0103 spune\u021bi c\u0103 e imoral\u0103, pentru c\u0103 nu \u0219ti\u021bi ce vorbi\u021bi!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>*<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>G\u00e2ndirea \u00een cifre<\/strong> (Data-driven, Metrics-oriented, Numbers-oriented, Quantitatively oriented \u00een englez\u0103)<strong> \u2013 indicator al unei g\u00e2ndiri structurate \u0219i al unei memorii de business<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Una dintre cele mai u\u0219or de recunoscut tr\u0103s\u0103turi ale unui profesionist riguros este capacitatea sa de a \u201eg\u00e2ndi \u00een cifre\u201d. \u00cen contextul unui interviu de angajare, acest lucru se observ\u0103 prin modul \u00een care candidatul \u00ee\u0219i structureaz\u0103 r\u0103spunsurile: men\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u00een mod natural \u0219i firesc date calendaristice exacte, volume numerice \u0219i indicatori cantitativi lega\u021bi de activitatea sa.<\/p>\n<p>Un candidat care \u201eg\u00e2nde\u0219te \u00een cifre\u201d nu va spune doar \u201eam fost promovat dup\u0103 scurt timp\u201d, ci va preciza: \u201eAm fost numit team leader \u00een ianuarie 2019, la doar 11 luni dup\u0103 angajare\u201d. Nu va spune \u201em-am ocupat de echip\u0103\u201d, ci \u201eam coordonat un departament de 14 persoane, dintre care 3 \u00een regim remote, \u00eencep\u00e2nd din martie 2021\u201d. Portofoliul s\u0103u nu va fi \u201edivers\u201d, ci format din \u201e72 de produse active distribuite \u00een re\u021bea, pe 4 segmente principale, dintre care 21 lansate \u00eentre iunie 2020 \u0219i mai 2022\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Un astfel de candidat nu ezit\u0103 c\u00e2nd e \u00eentrebat despre pia\u021ba pe care a activat. Poate spune: \u201e\u00cen 2023, lucram cu un portofoliu de 168 de clien\u021bi activi, dintre care 47 recuren\u021bi lunar. Estimam o cot\u0103 de pia\u021b\u0103 de 12,4% \u00een zona de sud-est a \u021b\u0103rii, conform analizei interne din T4 2023.\u201d Sau: \u201eAm fost responsabil de bugetul departamentului \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu ianuarie 2022, gestion\u00e2nd cheltuieli opera\u021bionale de aproximativ 2,3 milioane lei anual.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Aceast\u0103 precizie nu este doar un semn de rigoare profesional\u0103 \u2013 ci \u0219i un indiciu clar al implic\u0103rii afective \u0219i emo\u021bionale \u00een activitatea respectiv\u0103. O persoan\u0103 care a fost conectat\u0103 autentic cu ceea ce f\u0103cea, care a sim\u021bit c\u0103 are un rol real \u0219i un impact concret, \u021bine minte datele esen\u021biale, pentru c\u0103 ele fac parte dintr-o experien\u021b\u0103 tr\u0103it\u0103 cu intensitate. La fel cum \u00ee\u021bi aminte\u0219ti ziua exact\u0103 \u00een care ai avut o reu\u0219it\u0103 personal\u0103 sau un eveniment important, \u00ee\u021bi r\u0103m\u00e2n \u00een memorie \u0219i cifrele relevante dintr-un context profesional care te-a mobilizat \u0219i te-a interesat cu adev\u0103rat.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Absen\u021ba cifrelor \u2013 o comunicare imprecis\u0103 \u0219i o posibil\u0103 lips\u0103 de implicare<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>\u00cen contrast, un candidat care nu \u201eg\u00e2nde\u0219te \u00een cifre\u201d va evita detaliile concrete \u0219i va apela la formul\u0103ri necuantificabile. \u00cen loc s\u0103 spun\u0103 \u201eam fost promovat \u00een ianuarie 2019\u201d, va spune \u201eam fost promovat destul de repede\u201d. \u00cen loc de \u201e14 subordona\u021bi\u201d, va spune \u201eo echip\u0103 destul de mare\u201d. Dac\u0103 este \u00eentrebat despre clien\u021bi, va spune \u201elucram cu mai mul\u021bi clien\u021bi importan\u021bi\u201d, f\u0103r\u0103 a da vreo estimare numeric\u0103 sau segmentare. \u00centrebat despre perioada \u00een care a coordonat un proiect, va r\u0103spunde cu \u201e\u00een pandemie\u201d sau \u201eacum c\u00e2\u021biva ani\u201d, f\u0103r\u0103 a putea oferi o cronologie clar\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Un indiciu suplimentar al unei exprim\u0103ri vagi \u0219i lipsite de structur\u0103 temporal\u0103 este folosirea excesiv\u0103 \u0219i imprecis\u0103 a formul\u0103rilor de tipul \u201eapoi\u201d, \u201edup\u0103 aceea\u201d, \u201epe urm\u0103\u201d. De multe ori, candidatul recurge la o succesiune narativ\u0103 de genul: \u201eam fost angajat, apoi am \u00eenceput s\u0103 m\u0103 ocup \u0219i de echip\u0103, dup\u0103 aceea m-au promovat, pe urm\u0103 am trecut pe v\u00e2nz\u0103ri directe&#8230;\u201d \u2013 f\u0103r\u0103 niciun reper cronologic clar. Creeaz\u0103 o senza\u021bie de confuzie \u0219i lips\u0103 de control, iar candidatul risc\u0103 s\u0103 par\u0103 dezorganizat, superficial sau chiar necinstit. \u0218i mai grav, poate sugera c\u0103 persoana respectiv\u0103 nu a fost de fapt implicat\u0103 activ \u00een ceea ce a f\u0103cut, c\u0103 a fost un simplu executant, deta\u0219at emo\u021bional de rezultatele muncii sale. Faptul c\u0103 nu re\u021bine informa\u021bii concrete \u2013 date, cifre, termene \u2013 poate fi un semn al lipsei de interes real pentru activitate sau chiar al unei atitudini pasive fa\u021b\u0103 de business. Iar \u00eentr-un proces de selec\u021bie competitiv, astfel de semnale devin critice.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Valoarea profesional\u0103 a g\u00e2ndirii \u00een cifre<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Capacitatea de a integra cifre, date \u0219i indicatori \u00een discursul profesional nu \u021bine doar de memorie, ci \u0219i de educa\u021bie managerial\u0103, disciplin\u0103 analitic\u0103 \u0219i con\u0219tiin\u021ba impactului. Ea denot\u0103 nu doar ce a f\u0103cut candidatul, ci \u0219i cum g\u00e2nde\u0219te: cu rigoare, metodic, ancorat \u00een realitate, atent la propor\u021bii, tendin\u021be \u0219i rezultate. Dar mai mult dec\u00e2t at\u00e2t, arat\u0103 c\u0103 a fost prezent mental \u0219i emo\u021bional \u00een tot ceea ce a f\u0103cut \u2013 c\u0103 a tr\u0103it activitatea respectiv\u0103, nu doar a trecut prin ea.<\/p>\n<p>Un profesionist care g\u00e2nde\u0219te \u00een cifre este adesea capabil s\u0103 evalueze rapid oportunit\u0103\u021bile \u0219i riscurile, s\u0103 urm\u0103reasc\u0103 progresul obiectivelor \u0219i s\u0103 comunice clar, concis \u0219i conving\u0103tor cu stakeholderi interni \u0219i externi. \u00cen mod special, aceast\u0103 tr\u0103s\u0103tur\u0103 este esen\u021bial\u0103 \u00een domenii precum management opera\u021bional, marketing strategic, business development, v\u00e2nz\u0103ri B2B, product management, consultan\u021b\u0103, IT, finan\u021be \u0219i project management.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Concluzie<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>\u201eG\u00e2ndirea \u00een cifre\u201d nu este doar o abilitate tehnic\u0103, ci o expresie a con\u0219tiin\u021bei profesionale, a implic\u0103rii reale \u0219i a maturit\u0103\u021bii de business. Ea permite formularea unor decizii bine fundamentate, u\u0219ureaz\u0103 evaluarea performan\u021bei \u0219i contribuie la construirea unei rela\u021bii de \u00eencredere \u00eentre candidat \u0219i evaluator. \u00cen schimb, lipsa ei \u2013 dublat\u0103 de exprim\u0103ri vagi \u0219i de confuzii temporale \u2013 las\u0103 impresia de superficialitate, deta\u0219are \u0219i lips\u0103 de control. Iar toate acestea sunt greu de acceptat \u00een pozi\u021bii cu responsabilitate real\u0103.
