Adic\u0103 exact pe dos, \u0219i m\u0103 soma s\u0103-i spun ce cred cu adev\u0103rat, c\u00e2nd am zis drept \u0219i c\u00e2nd am minciunit.<\/p>\n<p>Ar fi putut g\u0103si r\u0103spunsul chiar \u00een textele mele, dac\u0103 le-ar fi citit p\u00e2n\u0103 la cap\u0103t sau dac\u0103 ar fi f\u0103cut pu\u021bin efort s\u0103 fac\u0103 leg\u0103tura \u00eentre paragrafe. Tr\u0103im pentru a fi evalua\u021bi \u00een ea.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00centr-o er\u0103 \u00een care algoritmii scaneaz\u0103 fiecare ac\u021biune, performan\u021ba nu mai este un mijloc, ci un scop \u00een sine. Ce era existen\u021b\u0103 a devenit profil.<\/p>\n<p>Capitolul I \u2013 LinkedIn ontologic: e\u0219ti ceea ce performezi<\/p>\n<p>Pe re\u021belele sociale profesionale, nu mai conteaz\u0103 ce faci, ci cum o \u00eempachetezi. Performan\u021ba devine un teatru narativ. Nu exist\u0103 e\u0219ec \u2013 doar \u201elec\u021bii valoroase\u201d. Nu exist\u0103 stagnare \u2013 doar \u201eperioade de pivotare\u201d. Omul performant este mereu \u00een mi\u0219care, chiar \u0219i c\u00e2nd st\u0103 pe loc.<\/p>\n<p>Capitolul II \u2013 Burnout-ul ca form\u0103 de glorie t\u0103cut\u0103<\/p>\n<p>\u201eOdihna e pentru cei slabi. Epuizarea e pentru cei care conteaz\u0103.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Societatea performan\u021bei nu tolereaz\u0103 pauza. S\u0103 nu faci nimic e indecent. Timpul liber trebuie justificat ca \u201ere\u00eenc\u0103rcare pentru eficien\u021b\u0103\u201d. Astfel, burnout-ul nu e v\u0103zut ca semn de dezechilibru, ci ca medalie. Ca dovad\u0103 c\u0103 ai dat totul \u2014 pentru sistem, nu pentru tine.<\/p>\n<p>Capitolul III \u2013 Dopamina algoritmic\u0103<\/p>\n<p>Fiecare like, share sau view declan\u0219eaz\u0103 o mini-recompens\u0103 neural\u0103. Re\u021belele ne \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 s\u0103 ne evalu\u0103m valoarea prin interac\u021biuni. \u00centr-o lume \u00een care validarea e digital\u0103, emo\u021biile devin date, iar stima de sine, un grafic.<\/p>\n<p>Capitolul IV \u2013 Eul ca brand personal<\/p>\n<p>Via\u021ba devine o campanie de PR. Cine nu are o strategie de branding personal, risc\u0103 s\u0103 fie invizibil. Nu mai tr\u0103im pentru a sim\u021bi, ci pentru a produce impresie. Nu mai scriem jurnale, ci post\u0103ri optimizate. Nu mai avem prieteni, ci audien\u021be.<\/p>\n<p>Capitolul V \u2013 Productivitate f\u0103r\u0103 scop<\/p>\n<p>\u201eProductivitatea a devenit o religie f\u0103r\u0103 Dumnezeu.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>S\u0103 fii ocupat a devenit o virtute. Dar ocupat cu ce? Oboseala e acceptabil\u0103, dar dezorientarea, nu. Totul trebuie s\u0103 fie \u201eutil\u201d, \u201eprofitabil\u201d, \u201escalabil\u201d. Astfel, devenim ma\u0219ini care produc con\u021binut despre c\u00e2t de bine func\u021bioneaz\u0103 ca ma\u0219ini.<\/p>\n<p>Capitolul VI \u2013 Moartea intimit\u0103\u021bii<\/p>\n<p>\u00centr-o cultur\u0103 care cere constant \u201etransparen\u021b\u0103\u201d \u0219i \u201eautenticitate\u201d, nu mai exist\u0103 spa\u021biu pentru vulnerabilitate real\u0103. Intimitatea e convertit\u0103 \u00een storytelling. Triste\u021bea e monetizat\u0103. Trauma devine material de engagement.<\/p>\n<p>Capitolul VII \u2013 Etica sl\u0103biciunii<\/p>\n<p>Cum ie\u0219im din aceast\u0103 bucl\u0103? Nu printr-o alt\u0103 form\u0103 de performan\u021b\u0103 \u2014 aceea a criticii permanente. Ci prin refuzul productivit\u0103\u021bii ca scop. Prin cultivarea unei lente reumaniz\u0103ri: prietenie, inactivitate, prezen\u021b\u0103. Prin dreptul de a fi ineficient.<\/p>\n<p>\u201e\u00centr-o lume care te vrea performant, a fi slab e un act de rezisten\u021b\u0103.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Concluzie: CV-ul ca form\u0103 de via\u021b\u0103<\/p>\n<p>Societatea performan\u021bei este dictatura z\u00e2mbitoare a eficien\u021bei.
