Care e optimul? Tot timpul am avut divergen\u021be cu cei de la extreme:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pe de o parte, cei cu \u201eUn manager e un manager, poate conduce orice!\u201d. Teoretic\/ la limit\u0103 da. Dar mie nu mi-a acceptat niciodat\u0103 un angajator un manager care nu a avut experien\u021b\u0103 \u00een domeniul lor de activitate. Nici m\u0103car o singur\u0103 dat\u0103 \u00een 33 de ani de recrutare. Eu le dau angajatorilor dreptate aici, mi se pare mult prea riscant\u0103 varianta cu cineva care nu a lucrat niciodat\u0103 \u00een domeniu.<\/li>\n<li>Pe de alt\u0103 parte, talibanii experien\u021bei, cei care consider\u0103 competen\u021ba tehnic\u0103 criteriul absolut de evaluare, aproape unic. Am avut \u0219i c\u00e2\u021biva clien\u021bi cu aceast\u0103 pozi\u021bie, dar pu\u021bini. To\u021bi ceilal\u021bi au fost \u201erepartiza\u021bi\u201d relativ uniform (liniar) pe graficul pragului minim de acceptabilitate pentru experien\u021ba \u00een domeniu, cam \u00eentre 20-30% \u0219i 70-80%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pozi\u021bia mea e urm\u0103toarea, neschimbat\u0103 \u00een ultimii 10-15 de ani: Experien\u021ba e primul criteriu de eligibilitate, urmat de educa\u021bie \u0219i ce se mai poate deduce din exclusiv din CV. Pentru experien\u021b\u0103, eu pun un prag minim de acceptabilitate de 40-50%, \u0219i oarecum similar pentru educa\u021bie. Dup\u0103 care focusul, criteriile de diferen\u021biere, se mut\u0103 masiv c\u0103tre profilul managerial extins, c\u0103tre profilul de personalitate, imagine, comunicare, inteligen\u021b\u0103, cultur\u0103 general\u0103 \u0219i alte din astea care v\u0103 scot din min\u021bi pe mul\u021bi dintre cei care citi\u021bi aici. Fiindc\u0103 \u0219ti\u021bi c\u0103 nu \u201ebifa\u021bi\u201d multe dintre ele&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i ca s\u0103 spun \u0219i cum\u00a0 f\u0103ceam \u00een primii 15-20 de ani: atunci eram ceva mai apropiat (dar nu mult) de cei cu managerul care e manager \u0219i poate conduce orice, adic\u0103 aveam un prag mai jos de admisibilitate, s\u0103 zicem 20-30%.
