Nu au nevoie de zeci \u0219i sute de detalii ca s\u0103 decid\u0103 pe cine invit\u0103 la interviu, ci de mult mai pu\u021bine. De aceea nici nu citesc por\u021biunile acelea de CV \u00een care sunt informa\u021bii care NU SUNT CRITERII DE SELEC\u021aIE, adic\u0103 nu contribuie defel la decizia de a chema pe cineva la interviu. Toate acelea sunt l\u0103sate pentru \u00eent\u00e2lnirea fa\u021b\u0103 \u00een fa\u021b\u0103. \u0218i, adesea, nu se ajunge la ele nici m\u0103car acolo.<\/p>\n<p>Iat\u0103 care sunt informa\u021biile pe baza c\u0103rora se ia decizia de a chema pe cineva la interviu pentru un post managerial, statistic vorbind, \u0219i deci cele care sunt c\u0103utate dintr-o privire \u00een CV, restul fiind ignorat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>V\u00e2rsta<\/li>\n<li>Sexul<\/li>\n<li>Localitatea<\/li>\n<li>Na\u021bionalitatea, cet\u0103\u021benia<\/li>\n<li>Educa\u021bia de baz\u0103\/ formal\u0103 (nivel, universitate, facultate), certific\u0103ri serioase<\/li>\n<li>Angajatorii: domeniu, prestigiu, credibilitate, anvergura businessului (num\u0103r de angaja\u021bi, cifr\u0103 de afaceri)<\/li>\n<li>Joburile: numele jobului, departamentul, ierarhia (locul \u00een organigram\u0103), anvergura jobului (num\u0103r de subordona\u021bi, arie acoperit\u0103, volum de business), job mission\/ role (descrierea sintetic\u0103 a jobului)<\/li>\n<li>Limbile str\u0103ine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NU sunt citite deloc, de regul\u0103, sau sunt parcurse foarte rapid \u0219i superficial:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Descrierile detaliate ale joburilor avute<\/li>\n<li>Achievements<\/li>\n<li>Educa\u021bie adi\u021bional\u0103, cursuri, traininguri, diplome de h\u00e2rtie<\/li>\n<li>Liste de competen\u021be, autodescrieri, autoevalu\u0103ri<\/li>\n<li>Declara\u021bii de inten\u021bii, statements, executive summary etc.<\/li>\n<li>Hobbiuri \u0219i altele din categoriile de tip \u201ediverse\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Scrisoare de inten\u021bie \u00een fi\u0219ier ata\u0219at, separat\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de textul e-mailului<\/li>\n<li>Alte fi\u0219iere ata\u0219ate: diplome, referin\u021be etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La profilurile cu greutate, la cei care au anexe la CV (project lists, international exposure, achievements, competencies, summary profile etc.), acestea sunt citite cu aten\u021bie doar c\u00e2nd exist\u0103 dubii dac\u0103 respectivul candidat s\u0103 fie chemat sau nu la interviu.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0219adar, dac\u0103 recrutorul sau angajatorul nu repereaz\u0103 rapid \u0219i clar informa\u021biile din prima list\u0103, fiindc\u0103 acestea sunt \u201e\u00eenecate\u201d \u00een pagini \u00eentregi cu \u201ebalastul\u201d celor din a doua list\u0103, cred c\u0103 v\u0103 e u\u0219or s\u0103 deduce\u021bi ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>De aceea se spune peste tot c\u0103 CVul trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103 o pagin\u0103, maximum dou\u0103. Nu numai c\u0103 nu e niciodat\u0103 nevoie de mai mult dec\u00e2t at\u00e2t, ci e de-a dreptul riscant s\u0103 aib\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i \u00eenc\u0103, de ce nu e recomandat ca CVul s\u0103 aib\u0103 floricele \u0219i formate bizare, care pun greu la \u00eencercare acuitatea \u0219i r\u0103bdarea cititorului, \u00een \u00eencercarea sa de a depista informa\u021biile utile (care sunt criterii de selec\u021bie \u00een decizia de a chema la interviu) prin amalgamul de informa\u021bii inutile, \u0219i al c\u0103ror loc e la interviu, nu \u00een CV.
