Plus o mie de variabile legate de context (epoc\u0103, geografie, produs etc.) \u0219i de particularit\u0103\u021bi ale angajatorului, care fac, practic, imposibil orice calcul exact c\u00e2t de c\u00e2t credibil.<\/p>\n<p>DAR po\u021bi s\u0103 prevezi \u00eentr-o mie de feluri, cu probabilitate relativ mare, c\u0103 un manager va fi slab sau va avea probleme \u00een jobul vizat sau chiar \u00een multe altele. Defectele se v\u0103d u\u0219or, \u0219i corela\u021bia dintre ele \u0219i viitoare e\u0219ecuri prezise e mult mai direct\u0103, mai scurt\u0103, mai bine documentat\u0103, \u0219i deci mai u\u0219or de argumentat.<\/p>\n<p>Prin urmare, dup\u0103 ce \u00ee\u021bi clarifici repede cadrul \u0219i baza de extrapolare (industrie, job, context, nivel profesional\/ realiz\u0103ri, salariu), evaluarea candida\u021bilor const\u0103, de fapt, \u00een depistarea \u0219i ierarhizarea \u201edefectelor\u201d, \u0219i apoi eliminarea pe r\u00e2nd a candida\u021bilor cu cele mai multe \u0219i mai mari semne de \u00eentrebare, pe baza unui algoritm prestabilit \u2013 diferit de la un angajator \u0219i de la un job la altul, de regul\u0103.
