Nu sunt sondaje academice, dup\u0103 toate rigorile \u0219tiin\u021bifice \u00een domeniu, evident. De\u0219i GB \u0219tie s\u0103 fac\u0103 \u0219i de acelea. Dar nu e nici locul, nici cazul aici. Au alte mize, alte scopuri, de\u0219i rezultatele unora dintre ele se apropie destul de mult de cele ale unor sondaje riguroase. Toat\u0103 lumea ar trebui s\u0103 \u0219tie asta, dar se pare c\u0103 nu e chiar a\u0219a.<\/p>\n<p>Apoi, date fiind cele de mai sus, dac\u0103 cineva crede c\u0103 GB pune pe Internet un sondaj la care evident nu se poate r\u0103spunde \u201eriguros \u0219i profesionist\u201d, dat\u0103 fiind \u201einsuficien\u021ba informa\u021biilor\u201d, \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 pe undeva e o problem\u0103 de logic\u0103 \u0219i de inteligen\u021b\u0103. R\u0103m\u00e2ne de analizat \u0219i de v\u0103zut dac\u0103 e la GB sau \u00een alt\u0103 parte.<\/p>\n<p>Mai departe: tehnica \u201esubiectului fals\u201d, sau \u201ea disimul\u0103rii subiectului\u201d, prin care cineva descrie cu foarte multe detalii un subiect minor \u00een context, periferic, dar cu foarte pu\u021bine date subiectul principal, sau chiar deloc, f\u0103c\u00e2ndu-l pe interlocutor s\u0103 cread\u0103 c\u0103 subiectul minor e tema principal\u0103 a discu\u021biei, ar trebui s\u0103 fie foarte bine cunoscut\u0103 de orice manager. Fiindc\u0103 e foarte des folosit\u0103 \u00een recrutare. \u0218i nu numai acolo. Dar se pare c\u0103 nu to\u021bi managerii \u0219tiu bine cum func\u021bioneaz\u0103 aceste tehnici.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0219adar, s\u0103 lu\u0103m unul dintre sondajele puse de GB pe Internet ca exemplificare, cel cu multina\u021bionala din Transilvania care concediaz\u0103 cinci strungari rom\u00e2ni ca s\u0103-i \u00eenlocuiasc\u0103 cu strungari nem\u021bi. \u0218i \u00eentrebarea era dac\u0103 decizia multina\u021bionalei a fost una \u201efoarte probabil bun\u0103\u201d sau una \u201efoarte probabil proast\u0103\u201d. GB a pus multe detalii \u00een text, dar din care evident nu aveai cum s\u0103 deduci direct dac\u0103 a fost o decizie bun\u0103 sau proast\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i ce fac cititorii c\u00e2nd \u00ee\u0219i dau seama c\u0103 evident nu se poate r\u0103spunde doar folosind datele din context?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Unii consider\u0103 c\u0103 GB e prost, c\u0103 nu \u0219i-a dat seama c\u0103 nu se poate r\u0103spunde, sau c\u0103 a fost neatent, a uitat s\u0103 pun\u0103 \u0219i celelalte informa\u021bii care s\u0103 permit\u0103 un r\u0103spuns \u201eprofesionist\u201d. \u0218i scriu asta ironic la comentarii, sau ignor\u0103 sondajul pur \u0219i simplu \u0219i \u00ee\u0219i v\u0103d de alte treburi.<\/li>\n<li>Al\u021bii se g\u00e2ndesc c\u0103 nu ar pune GB un sondaj la care s\u0103 nu r\u0103spund\u0103 nimeni, de ce ar face-o? \u0218i dac\u0103 a\u0219teapt\u0103 s\u0103 r\u0103spunzi, totu\u0219i, \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 tema sau \u00eentrebarea e alta, sau c\u0103 poate fi reformulat\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00cen facultate am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat o mic\u0103 tehnic\u0103 epistemologic\u0103 pe care am folosit-o apoi toat\u0103 via\u021ba. \u0218i pe care o folosesc instinctiv to\u021bi cei care au f\u0103cut studii de \u0219tiin\u021be exacte. \u0218i, mai ales, o folosesc zilnic managerii, care nu au aproape niciodat\u0103 toate informa\u021biile de care au nevoie, \u0219i reformuleaz\u0103 problema, sau o mut\u0103 la alt nivel.<\/p>\n<p>Pe scurt, tehnica asta spune c\u0103 dac\u0103 ai o problem\u0103 dificil\u0103 sau chiar imposibil\u0103, du-te mai \u00eent\u00e2i la nivelul superior \u0219i vezi dac\u0103 nu cumva r\u0103spunsul vine direct de acolo, uneori chiar extrem de evident, de clar \u0219i adesea banal. Ca la emisiunea aceea de la TV, \u00een care mai multi oameni asudau \u00eentreb\u00e2ndu-se c\u00e2nd va ajunge tehnologia s\u0103 poat\u0103 m\u0103sura energia pozitiv\u0103 sau negativ\u0103 emis\u0103 de cineva. Grea \u00eentrebare, evident, chiar \u0219i pentru cele mai luminate min\u021bi ale zilei. Doar c\u0103, mutat\u0103 la nivelul superior, r\u0103spunsul a venit rapid, scurt \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 ekivoque: nu exist\u0103 energie pozitiv\u0103 sau negativ\u0103, deci cine \u0219i cum o m\u0103soar\u0103 devine mai pu\u021bin relevant&#8230; \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n<p>Cum s-ar aplica aceast\u0103 tehnic\u0103 la sondajul lui GB cu sudorii? P\u0103i, o variant\u0103 de mutare a problemei la alt nivel \u0219i de reformulare ar fi a\u0219a: C\u00e2nd o companie multina\u021bional\u0103 ia o decizie, la modul general (c\u0103 e despre sudori, HR, o problem\u0103 tehnic\u0103, financiar\u0103 etc.), care probabilitate e mai mare, s\u0103 fie una bun\u0103 sau una proast\u0103? \u0218i atunci r\u0103spunsul la \u00eentrebarea f\u0103r\u0103 r\u0103spuns din sondaj s-ar contura repede, \u0219i destul de clar. Fie pornind de la propria experien\u021b\u0103, fie din auzite, dintr-o documentare serioas\u0103 sau prin cine \u0219tie ce alt\u0103 metod\u0103 s-a ajuns la acest r\u0103spuns. C\u0103 e vorba despre sudori, de lefuri mici sau mari, c\u0103-s trei sau cinci sau zece, c\u0103 firma e din Transilvania sau din Oltenia, sau alte teme false. (nb: cazul \u0219i numerele sunt reale).<\/p>\n<p>Atunci, de ce nu a formulat GB de la \u00eenceput \u00eentrebarea din sondaj \u00een acest fel, ca s\u0103 poat\u0103 r\u0103spunde toat\u0103 lumea f\u0103r\u0103 at\u00e2tea comentarii, ironii \u0219i b\u0103t\u0103i de cap?
