Acela\u0219i r\u0103spuns pentru toat\u0103 lumea, desigur, pe care \u00eel g\u0103seai uneori \u0219i la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul culegerii de probleme, pe ultimele pagini.<\/p>\n<p>Dar problemele pentru cei c\u00e2\u021biva erau mai bizare. O \u00eentrebare de cele mai multe ori mai simpl\u0103 dec\u00e2t cele pentru toat\u0103 clasa, enun\u021bat\u0103 \u00een doar c\u00e2teva cuvinte. \u00cens\u0103 cu pu\u021bine date de intrare, uneori neclare \u0219i prost descrise. Oricum, \u00eentotdeauna insuficiente ca s\u0103 g\u0103se\u0219ti r\u0103spunsul direct, oric\u00e2t de bine ai fi \u0219tiut teoria. \u201eCa \u00een via\u021ba real\u0103\u201d, cum aveam s\u0103 descoperim unii dintre noi, dup\u0103 ni\u0219te ani&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i fiecare \u00ee\u0219i alegea o strategie de rezolvare. Unii mai cereau profesorului informa\u021bii suplimentare sau l\u0103muriri, \u00eentr-o direc\u021bie sau \u00een alta. Profesorul uneori le d\u0103dea una sau mai multe, alteori deloc, \u0219i studen\u021bii atunci c\u0103utau ei sau \u00ee\u0219i imaginau \u0219i puneau propriile ipoteze \u0219i apoi \u00eencercau s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 la \u00eentrebare.<\/p>\n<p>Rareori aceste probleme foarte grele, pentru cei c\u00e2\u021biva, aveau un r\u0103spuns unic, unul corect \u0219i toate celelalte gre\u0219ite. A\u0219a c\u0103 de obicei vedeai at\u00e2tea r\u0103spunsuri diferite, dar corecte toate, pe c\u00e2\u021bi studen\u021bi le d\u0103deau. Dar profesorul f\u0103cea diferen\u021ba \u00eentre studen\u021bi dup\u0103 felurile \u00een care ajungeau la acele r\u0103spunsuri, nu dup\u0103 r\u0103spunsurile \u00een sine.<\/p>\n<p>Recunoa\u0219te\u021bi acum scenariul omolog dintr-un interviu greu de recrutare?
