Cost\u0103 mult mai mult dec\u00e2t o mochet\u0103 nou\u0103."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aproape to\u021bi cei care spun c\u0103 serviciile sunt proaste \u00een Rom\u00e2nia \u2013 \u0219i absolut justificat \u2013 aduc ca argument c\u0103 o schimbare de atitudine (un sur\u00e2s, mai mult\u0103 aten\u021bie, grij\u0103 etc.) nu cost\u0103 nimic. Nu e ca la investi\u021bii, \u00een care e nevoie de bani, de capital, de timp.<\/p>\n<p>Dar asta e o mare eroare \u0219i un calcul gre\u0219it, c\u0103 z\u00e2mbetul nu cost\u0103. Nu \u00eel cost\u0103 pe angajat, evident, dar \u00eei cost\u0103 pe manageri \u0219i pe patroni, \u0219i \u00eenc\u0103 enorm! \u00a0Adesea chiar mai mult dec\u00e2t o renovare, mobilier nou sau vreun ERP. \u00cen HoReCa, \u00een hospitality, \u00een general, \u00een servicii medicale \u0219i peste tot pe unde intri \u00een contact direct cu clientul e cam la fel. E ceva de fond, de specific na\u021bional, nu de form\u0103, de context sau de moment.<\/p>\n<p>Cei care critic\u0103 firmele \u0219i industrii \u00eentregi pentru asta, nu par s\u0103 observe c\u0103 nu managerii \u0219i patronii trebuie s\u0103 le z\u00e2mbeasc\u0103, s\u0103 fie \u00eengriji\u021bi \u0219i aten\u021bi, ci angaja\u021bii acelora. Dar ca s\u0103 ai astfel de angaja\u021bi, ar trebui s\u0103 ai o mas\u0103 salarial\u0103 dubl\u0103, sau chiar mai mult dec\u00e2t at\u00e2t. Or, c\u00e2te firme din Rom\u00e2nia \u00ee\u0219i pot permite asta? Probabil 1% sau mai pu\u021bin, dup\u0103 cum bine au observat \u0219i votat la sondajul pus de mine pe aceast\u0103 tem\u0103 acum vreo dou\u0103 zile unii cititori mai reali\u0219ti \u0219i mai bine informa\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p>Fac recrutare de mai bine de 30 de ani \u0219i \u0219tiu bine ce spun: angajatorii g\u0103sesc repede candida\u021bi cu experien\u021ba \u0219i competen\u021bele tehnice cerute, dar ca profil de personalitate (atitudine, responsabilitate, aten\u021bie, grij\u0103, onestitate, disciplin\u0103 etc.) nu g\u0103sesc defel ce caut\u0103, nici m\u0103car nu se apropie de profilurile pe le doresc \u0219i pe care le vezi listate \u00een toate anun\u021burile de angajare. Or, din nou zic, cine-\u0219i poate permite asta?<\/p>\n<p>Iat\u0103 un exemplu elocvent, despre care am mai scris aici, pe site. Recent trei prieteni apropia\u021bi, patroni de businessuri mari (dou\u0103 foarte mari \u0219i una mijlocie) m-au rugat s\u0103-i ajut s\u0103-\u0219i g\u0103seasc\u0103 asistente. To\u021bi \u00ee\u0219i c\u0103utau de ani buni, dar nu reu\u0219eau deloc s\u0103 g\u0103seasc\u0103. Nu cereau experien\u021b\u0103 de vreun fel anume, nimic special pe partea tehnic\u0103, ci doar ni\u0219te calit\u0103\u021bi umane specifice unui astfel de job. \u0218i nici acolo ceva ie\u0219it din comun, ci doar cerin\u021bele uzuale pe care le g\u0103se\u0219ti \u00een ORICE anun\u021b de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.managero.ro\/articles\/revelatia-directorului-cu-o-secretara-cu-foarte-mare-experienta\/\">secretar\u0103<\/a>, fie ea la o multina\u021bional\u0103 sau la o firm\u0103 m\u0103run\u021bic\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i am \u00eenceput s\u0103 le explic cum merg lucrurile. La ce salariu te-ai g\u00e2ndit? P\u0103i, 1,500\u20ac, poate 2,000? Vezi, nu o s\u0103 g\u0103se\u0219ti ce cau\u021bi tu la banii ace\u0219tia. Salariul \u00eenainte de toate, trebuie s\u0103 fie la nivel de management, sau chiar de senior management. Minimum 3,000\u20ac net, ma\u0219in\u0103 \u0219i ce mai e prin pachetele salariale ale managerilor. Au fost pu\u021bin surprin\u0219i, dar nu au comentat prea mult: Da, le dau c\u00e2t cer, nu am zis c\u0103 nu le dau, dar ce s\u0103 fac, c\u0103 nu am g\u0103sit pe nimeni care m\u0103car s\u0103-mi cear\u0103 suma asta. P\u0103i trebuie s\u0103 treci salariul \u00een anun\u021b dac\u0103 vrei s\u0103 vin\u0103 cele pe care le cau\u021bi tu, altfel nu vine nimeni.<\/p>\n<p>Am pus anun\u021burile la mine pe Facebook \u0219i pe LinkedIn, cu salariul \u0219i celelalte informa\u021bii esen\u021biale men\u021bionate clar, \u0219i au g\u0103sit to\u021bi trei ce c\u0103utau. Nici a\u0219a nu a fost u\u0219or, dar au g\u0103sit \u0219i sunt mul\u021bumi\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0219a e cu recrut\u0103rile pentru orice post \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, de la cel mai de jos \u0219i p\u00e2n\u0103 la director general. Pur \u0219i simplu trebuie s\u0103 dublezi suma pe care o ai \u00een minte dac\u0103 vrei un angajat civilizat, de \u00eencredere, pl\u0103cut, curat, \u00eengrijit, realist, inteligent, informat, disciplinat, organizat, nesuperficial, cu cultur\u0103 general\u0103, c\u0103ruia s\u0103 nu-i spui de mai multe ori s\u0103 fac\u0103 ceva. Iar dac\u0103 vrei ca to\u021bi angaja\u021bii t\u0103i s\u0103 fie astfel, ref\u0103 business planurile cu o mas\u0103 salarial\u0103 dubl\u0103, \u0219i vezi ce iese.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen Rusia, Africa, Orientul Apropiat, America de Sud e la fel. \u00cen Japonia \u0219i Coreea de Sud e complet diferit. \u00cen Occident e pe undeva pe la mijloc.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0219adar, c\u00e2nd mai sunte\u021bi ironic sau face\u021bi scandal firmelor din Rom\u00e2nia, patronilor \u0219i managerilor pentru serviciile lor \u2013 care da, sunt chiar a\u0219a cum spune\u021bi, le cunosc \u0219i eu foarte bine \u2013 scoate\u021bi acest articol \u0219i reciti\u021bi-l, ca s\u0103 v\u0103 mai calma\u021bi. \u021aine\u021bi-l undeva \u00een telefon, s\u0103 fie la \u00eendem\u00e2n\u0103 ori de c\u00e2te ori v\u0103 enerveaz\u0103 cineva. \u0218i consola\u021bi-v\u0103 cu realitatea c\u0103 nu, nu e posibil ca \u00een Rom\u00e2nia s\u0103 ave\u021bi serviciile (\u0219i nu doar ele) la calitatea pe care o dori\u021bi, \u0219i la pre\u021buri mai mici, sau m\u0103car la cele de acum. \u0218i nici \u00een viitorul previzibil nu va fi altfel.
