Fie c\u0103 a fost \u00een\u0219elat, pur \u0219i simplu, cu informa\u021bii sau omisiuni tenden\u021bioase, fie c\u0103 au fost prost scrise, grupate \u0219i sintetizate.<\/p>\n<p>Dac\u0103 chiar vre\u021bi ca cel care cite\u0219te aplica\u021bia s\u0103-\u0219i fac\u0103 o imagine clar\u0103, suficient de complet\u0103 \u0219i de precis\u0103, regula de baz\u0103 este urm\u0103toarea: ori pune\u021bi informa\u021bii detaliate \u0219i precise despre un anumit subiect (achievements, proiecte, expunere etc.), ca s\u0103 se \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 EXACT despre ce este vorba \u0219i s\u0103 fie credibile \u0219i sustenabile, ori nu le pune\u021bi deloc.<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i esen\u021biale sunt \u0219i structurarea informa\u021biilor \u0219i formatul, desigur, ca s\u0103 poat\u0103 s\u0103 fie citite \u0219i asimilate rapid, \u00een c\u00e2teva zeci de secunde sau un minut, dou\u0103, maximum, la CV-urile \u201egrele\u201d, cu multe proiecte \u0219i realiz\u0103ri. Dac\u0103 sunte\u021bi convins c\u0103 sunt mul\u021bi angajatori sau recrutori care stau mai mult de at\u00e2t cu un CV \u00een m\u00e2n\u0103, atunci v\u0103 asuma\u021bi un mare, mare risc.
