F\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 se g\u00e2ndeasc\u0103 prea mult la consecin\u021be (din instinct, mai ales la antreprenori), pun partea variabil\u0103 a veniturilor, cea legat\u0103 direct de rezultate, c\u00e2t mai mare, \u0219i pe cea cu salariul fix c\u00e2t mai mic\u0103. Chiar dac\u0103 pe h\u00e2rtie c\u00e2\u0219tigurile sunt substan\u021biale \u0219i cu \u0219anse bune s\u0103 se concretizeze la nivelul descris, mul\u021bi candida\u021bi refuz\u0103 oferta. \u0218i nu mai revin asupra refuzului, chiar dac\u0103 angajatorul revine cu o oferta reechilibrat\u0103, care ar fi fost acceptat\u0103 dac\u0103 ar fi fost prezentat\u0103 astfel de la \u00eenceput.<\/p>\n<p>Eu insist insistent pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 angajatori, de fiecare dat\u0103, s\u0103 ofere salariul fix c\u00e2t mai mare \u0219i partea variabil\u0103 c\u00e2t mai mic\u0103 posibil, m\u0103car pe o perioad\u0103 limitat\u0103 de timp. Chiar dac\u0103 e mai riscant \u0219i aparent mai scump dac\u0103 dup\u0103 c\u00e2teva luni ajung la concluzia c\u0103 nu vor s\u0103-l mai \u021bin\u0103 pe noul manager de top.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e2nd angajatorii au \u021binut seama de aceast\u0103 recomandare, au fost candida\u021bi care au propus chiar ei o reechilibrare a ofertei \u00een favoarea p\u0103r\u021bii variabile \u2013 varianta ideal\u0103 pentru toat\u0103 lumea. Le recomand angajatorilor ca \u00een primele 4-6 luni s\u0103 porneasc\u0103 cu aceast\u0103 variant\u0103 cu fixul la maximum \u0219i variabilul la minimum, \u0219i dup\u0103 aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103 s\u0103 rediscute schema de salarizare.
