{"id":2600,"date":"2023-06-08T04:59:17","date_gmt":"2023-06-08T04:59:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.managero.ro\/articles\/?p=2600"},"modified":"2023-06-08T06:33:13","modified_gmt":"2023-06-08T06:33:13","slug":"cum-pierd-angajatorii-neprofesionisti-candidatii-valorosi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.managero.ro\/articles\/cum-pierd-angajatorii-neprofesionisti-candidatii-valorosi\/","title":{"rendered":"Cum pierd angajatorii neprofesioni\u0219ti candida\u021bii valoro\u0219i"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>S\u0103 nu v\u0103 imagina\u021bi c\u0103 angajatorul verific\u0103 \u0219i valideaz\u0103, la interviu sau dup\u0103 aceea, fiecare semnal pe care-l percepe \u0219i \u00eel interpreteaz\u0103 el \u00eentr-un anumit fel \u00een ceea ce v\u0103 prive\u0219te, fiecare b\u0103nuial\u0103, doar pentru c\u0103 \u201ea\u0219a ar fi cinstit, a\u0219a ar fi corect, profi\u201d&#8230; Nu, \u00een marea majoritate a recrut\u0103rilor pentru pozi\u021biile de top management, \u0219i mai ales la multina\u021bionale, dac\u0103 intervievatorului i se pare c\u0103 \u00eentrez\u0103re\u0219te ceva riscant \u00een profilul candidatului (c\u0103 e un ciudat, c\u0103 e arogant, frustrat, orgolios etc. etc.), \u00eel scoate imediat de pe liste, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 mai \u00eencerce s\u0103 verifice dac\u0103 chiar a\u0219a este \u201e\u00een realitate\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Bine\u00een\u021beles c\u0103 e con\u0219tient c\u0103 s-ar putea s\u0103 nu fie adev\u0103rat\u0103 presupunerea, dar de ce s\u0103-\u0219i asume riscul \u2013 oric\u00e2t de mic ar fi el \u2013 mai ales dac\u0103 miza e foarte mare? S\u0103 verifici toate ipotezele ia timp, resurse, \u0219i rezultatul tot incert poate s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103. \u0218i atunci nu e mai sigur \u0219i mai eficient s\u0103 treac\u0103 la urm\u0103torul candidat?<\/p>\n<p>Cazul cel mai elocvent e cel \u00een care un angajator (sau chiar un recrutor extern, care e pl\u0103tit pentru a aduce un plus de obiectivitate) respinge un CV doar pentru felul \u00een care e scris, chiar dac\u0103 profilul pare s\u0103 se potriveasc\u0103.
