Am transcris-o cu mult\u0103 simpatie pentru el, am \u0219i precizat clar \u00een text c\u0103 mi-a pl\u0103cut s\u0103 stau de vorb\u0103 cu el. E mai jos, pe pagin\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>A fost amuzant\u0103 pentru mine, fiindc\u0103 pentru al\u021bii s-a dovedit a fi foarte diferit\u0103. Chiar \u0219i at\u00e2t de explicit\u0103, pozi\u021bia mea nu a fost deloc clar\u0103 pentru mul\u021bi \u2013 se vedea u\u0219or din comentariile \u0219i r\u0103spunsurile lor. Unii au dedus c\u0103 m-a deranjat atitudinea chelnerului t\u00e2n\u0103r, vesel, dezinvolt, frumu\u0219el, al\u021bii l-au catalogat direct ca \u201eobraznic\u201d, cu conota\u021bia negativ\u0103 uzual\u0103 a termenului, cobor\u00e2nd opinia mea la nivelul de nerelevant\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Or, tocmai aceast\u0103 obr\u0103znicie merit\u0103 o analiz\u0103 mai atent\u0103, fiindc\u0103 ne \u00eent\u00e2lnim zilnic cu ea. \u0218i \u00een recrutare, \u0219i \u00een via\u021ba de zi cu zi \u0219i peste tot. Obr\u0103znicia tinereasc\u0103, imatur\u0103, a celor la \u00eenceput de drum, care acum trec dintr-o lume \u00een alta, \u0219tiind bine c\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 se mai poat\u0103 \u00eentoarce.<\/p>\n<p>Simplu spus, obr\u0103znicie e ceva ce face cineva la adresa altcuiva, \u0219i care-l deranjeaz\u0103 pe acesta din urm\u0103, fiindc\u0103 \u00eencalc\u0103 normele sale de comportament social. Cum a fost cazul meu, de pild\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientul principal al obr\u0103zniciei este inten\u021bia. Poate fi inten\u021bia explicit\u0103 de a ofensa, din r\u0103zbunare sau din alt motiv, inten\u021bia de a ob\u021bine ceva evident nemeritat, \u00a0sau altele din acela\u0219i registru. F\u0103r\u0103 aceast\u0103 inten\u021bie con\u0219tient\u0103, nu cred c\u0103 obr\u0103znicia mai e obr\u0103znicie. Adesea sunt trata\u021bi la fel angaja\u021bii cu rezultate slabe, de pild\u0103, fie c\u0103 asta vine din indolen\u021b\u0103, din lene sau chiar din dorin\u021ba expres\u0103 de face r\u0103u angajatorului, de a se r\u0103zbuna pe el, fie c\u0103 acestea vin din nenorocul angajatului de se fi n\u0103scut altfel dec\u00e2t ceilal\u021bi, sau de la o recrutare nepotrivit\u0103 pe postul respectiv.<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i merg\u00e2nd \u0219i mai departe, de c\u00e2te ori a\u021bi v\u0103zut preocuparea politicienilor de a se adresa \u0219i de a ajuta diferit pe s\u0103racii care sunt s\u0103raci fiindc\u0103 a\u0219a vor ei, fiindc\u0103 le place a\u0219a, fa\u021b\u0103 de cei care se str\u0103duie din r\u0103sputeri s\u0103-\u0219i dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 condi\u021bia, dar nu \u0219tiu ce \u0219i cum s\u0103 fac\u0103, sau pur \u0219i simplu nu reu\u0219esc singuri, orice ar face?<\/p>\n<p>Pentru mine aceast\u0103 verificare este un principiu axiologic fundamental \u0219i punctul de referin\u021b\u0103 \u00een orice fac, pentru a \u0219ti \u00een ce direc\u021bie o iau: m\u0103 preg\u0103tesc de confruntare, iau pozi\u021bia \u00een\u021beleptului b\u0103tr\u00e2n, \u00eemi spun \u0219i eu p\u0103rerea sau nu. Chiar \u00een orice situa\u021bie, pot spune. Fie c\u0103 evaluez un candidat pentru recrutare, c\u0103 repar o boac\u0103n\u0103 f\u0103cut\u0103 de un angajat, c\u0103 discut sau c\u0103 am o divergen\u021b\u0103 cu un necunoscut, sau c\u0103 citesc comentariile de pe Internet \u0219i m\u0103 g\u00e2ndesc s\u0103 le r\u0103spund \u00eentr-un fel sau \u00een altul.<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i revenind la cei foarte tineri, mie \u00eemi place adesea obr\u0103znicia lor, \u0219i chiar pentru aceast\u0103 \u201eimpertinen\u021b\u0103\u201d i-am pus \u00een fa\u021ba celorlal\u021bi, c\u00e2nd a fost s\u0103-i compar cu al\u021bii \u0219i s\u0103 fac o ierarhie. Spre stupoarea \u0219i indignarea multor pudibonzi.
