Un amestec de idei stranii, sexiste, discriminatorii si misogine total nealiniate cu normele societatii. Asocierea potentialului de a fi angajat cu atractivitatea sexuala a personajelor 50+ este dezolanta.<br \/>\nDe 30 de ani de and activez in campul muncii nici un angajator nu mi-a masurat nici organul si nici performantele sexuale. Principalul criteriu de angajare a fost capacitatea mea de a furniza servicii catre companie, care sa sustina un anumit nivel de crestere al KPI operationali sau financiari de tip EBIDTA, revenue sau P&amp;L.<br \/>\nDaca mesajul pe care doreai sa il transmiti este \u2026 \u201ccetatenii de 25+ sunt preferabili celor de 50+ la nivel similar de competente si rezultate\u201d atunci \u2026 suntem aliniati. Este un adevar fundamentat istoric.<br \/>\nIn calitate de expert, eu sunt cel care imi aleg angajatorii, cand si unde vreau sa lucrez. Nu concurez cu nimeni.<br \/>\nIn calitate de investitor ma intereseaza si judec rezultatele operationale si financiare ale executivilor si ma doare la pistol de preferintele si capacitatile sexuale ale angajatilor.<br \/>\nDaca nu as fi in aceste ipostaze, cu siguranta nu as accepta sa lucrez pentru un angajator, care ma judeca pentru atractiviatate sexuala.<br \/>\nCu tot respectul pe care ti-l port George cred ca acest articol este insultator. In special pentru publicul feminin.
