Acestea bazate pe profilul de personalitate, \u00een mare m\u0103sur\u0103, \u0219i mult mai pu\u021bin pe experien\u021b\u0103 \u0219i competen\u021be tehnice.<\/p>\n<p>Nu \u0219tiu dac\u0103 e evident sau nu, \u00eens\u0103 la nivel managerial e mai u\u0219or s\u0103 depistezi oamenii buni \u0219i foarte buni dec\u00e2t pe cei mediocri sau pe impostori. Impostorii din pozi\u021biile de senior management, \u00een special, au o mare capacitate de disimulare \u0219i \u00eei p\u0103c\u0103lesc cu mare u\u0219urin\u021b\u0103 nu doar pe \u00eencep\u0103tori, ci foarte des p\u00e2n\u0103 \u0219i pe cei mai experimenta\u021bi recrutori \u0219i angajatori. Altfel nu ar fi ajuns acolo unde sunt, evident! Pu\u021bini \u00ee\u0219i imagineaz\u0103 c\u00e2t de mul\u021bi sunt ace\u0219ti impostori, care iau locurile celor mai pu\u021bin tupei\u0219ti \u0219i nu le mai dau drumul din m\u00e2n\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la pensie, mut\u00e2ndu-se din firm\u0103 \u00een firm\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>De aici focusul pe eliminare, care e mai mult de trei sferturi din munca de recrutare. \u0218i care e \u0219i partea cea mai grea, c\u00e2nd ai de-a face cu adev\u0103ra\u021bi speciali\u0219ti ai manipul\u0103rii \u0219i imposturii.
