Nici empiric nu ajungi la o concluzie, uit\u00e2ndu-te \u00een urm\u0103 \u0219i num\u0103r\u00e2nd c\u00e2\u021bi au reu\u0219it \u0219i c\u00e2\u021bi nu, pentru c\u0103 rezultatele sunt cu totul neconcludente: unii cu rezultate solide \u00een trecut au e\u0219uat \u00een businessuri mult mai u\u0219oare, uneori chiar \u00een domeniul lor de activitate, sau invers, al\u021bii au reu\u0219it spectaculos dup\u0103 c\u00e2teva e\u0219ecuri lamentabile la r\u00e2nd\u2026 Toate combina\u021biile posibile \u00een <a href=\"http:\/\/www.restocracy.ro\">propor\u021bii<\/a> relativ egale, \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 nu po\u021bi s\u0103 aduci ceva ca argument f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 vin\u0103 altcineva cu un contraexemplu la fel de valid.<\/p>\n<p>Prin urmare, \u00een recrutare po\u021bi s\u0103 ajungi s\u0103 cuno\u0219ti un manager \u0219i s\u0103-l descrii cu foarte mare precizie \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te profilul de personalitate, cum e el ca om, c\u00e2t\u0103 meserie \u0219i c\u00e2t management \u0219tie, c\u00e2t de charismatic este \u0219i multe altele, \u00eens\u0103 asta nu poate prezice aproape deloc ce succes \u0219i ce rezultate va avea el \u00een noul job managerial. Nici eu \u0219i nimeni altcineva nu poate face o astfel de predic\u021bie valid\u0103. Cu alte cuvinte, cei mai buni recrutori \u0219i <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gbre.ro\">evaluatori<\/a> din lume pot s\u0103-\u021bi spun\u0103 cu mare exactitate cum e managerul (candidatul) respectiv, \u00eens\u0103 viitoarele rezultate \u00een noul post tot o loterie r\u0103m\u00e2n, \u0219i nu ne r\u0103m\u00e2ne dec\u00e2t s\u0103 ne rug\u0103m s\u0103 nu devieze prea mult de la mediile statistice pentru categoria lui social\u0103 \u0219i profesional\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Dar oricum aceste statistici nu au vreo relevan\u021b\u0103, \u0219i nici ce crede un recrutor sau altul despre managerul care este \u00eentotdeauna un manager sau nu, de vreme ce aproape \u00eentotdeauna, cu insignifiante excep\u021bii, dar care nu infirma regula defel, angajatorii cer manageri cu experien\u021b\u0103 \u00een domeniul lor de activitate atunci c\u00e2nd apeleaz\u0103 la firmele de executive search. Prin urmare, oric\u00e2t de convins a\u0219 fi eu uneori c\u0103 un manager din alt domeniu ar putea avea rezultate excelente (fie pentru c\u0103 \u00eel cunosc foarte bine \u0219i de mult timp, fie c\u0103 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.societateamuzicala.ro\">intui\u021bia<\/a> \u00eemi spune asta, sau din cine \u0219tie ce alte considerente), nu \u00eei pot da angajatorului care m\u0103 pl\u0103te\u0219te altceva dec\u00e2t \u00eemi cere.<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i nici nu mi-a\u0219 asuma riscul s\u0103 insist foarte tare s\u0103 ia un candidat din alt domeniu, de\u0219i uneori \u0219tiu c\u0103 a\u0219 reu\u0219i s\u0103-l conving pe angajator. Chiar c\u0103 a\u0219 avea mult de pierdut dac\u0103 nu s-ar confirma. A\u0219a, dac\u0103 \u00eei dau candida\u021bi din domeniul lui de activitate, dac\u0103 \u00eei evaluez \u0219i \u00eei descriu cu mult\u0103 precizie (\u0219i asta \u00eemi iese foarte bine, uit\u00e2ndu-m\u0103 la tot istoricul), dac\u0103 \u00eel avertizez cinstit c\u0103 aceasta este o condi\u021bie necesar\u0103, dar nu \u0219i suficient\u0103 pentru succesul viitor \u0219i pentru rezultate, cu greu m\u0103 poate acuza de ne\u0219tiin\u021b\u0103 sau de rea inten\u021bie. Poate de lips\u0103 de noroc, mai degrab\u0103\u2026 \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n<p>A\u0219adar, chiar dac\u0103 ave\u021bi convingerea c\u0103 sunte\u021bi candidatul ideal pentru un job sau altul care e \u00een lucru pe la firmele de executive search, aduce\u021bi-v\u0103 aminte c\u0103 recrutorul e pl\u0103tit de c\u0103tre angajator \u0219i nu de c\u0103tre candida\u021bi \u0219i trebuie s\u0103 le dea clien\u021bilor ceea ce li se cere, minimiz\u00e2nd riscurile.<\/p>\n<p>Imagina\u021bi-v\u0103 urm\u0103torul scenariu: sunte\u021bi recrutor, ave\u021bi un candidat din cu totul alt domeniu \u0219i nu se \u0219tie cum pute\u021bi b\u0103ga m\u00e2na \u00een foc c\u0103 va avea rezultate excelente. Face\u021bi toate eforturile, \u00eel convinge\u021bi pe angajator s\u0103-l angajeze, \u0219i da, dup\u0103 un an vezi c\u0103 are \u00eentr-adev\u0103r rezultate spectaculoase \u0219i angajatorul a dat lovitura vie\u021bii lui cu el.
