{"id":1953,"date":"2021-07-12T23:45:33","date_gmt":"2021-07-12T23:45:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.managero.ro\/articles\/?p=1953"},"modified":"2021-07-13T10:32:44","modified_gmt":"2021-07-13T10:32:44","slug":"citire-cv","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.managero.ro\/articles\/citire-cv\/","title":{"rendered":"Cele trei citiri succesive ale CV-ului"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Analizarea CV-urilor \u0219i decizia de invitare la interviu se fac \u00een trei citiri succesive: o prim\u0103 citire sumar\u0103, de c\u00e2teva secunde, s\u0103 vezi dac\u0103 merit\u0103 analizat; la a doua citire, mai atent\u0103, cau\u021bi informa\u021biile care sunt criteriile tale de selec\u021bie, ca s\u0103 vezi dac\u0103 trece sau nu; la a treia citire, cea mai lung\u0103 \u0219i cu cea mai mare concentrare, cau\u021bi detaliile pe baza c\u0103rora decizi dac\u0103 \u00eel invi\u021bi la interviu \u0219i cu ce prioritate, sau r\u0103m\u00e2ne \u00een lista de rezerve.<\/p>\n<p>La prima citire, de cel mult 30-50 de secunde, te ui\u021bi mai \u00eent\u00e2i la criteriile eliminatorii, pe scurt la educa\u021bie, iar la experien\u021b\u0103 te ui\u021bi la numele \u0219i anvergura angajatorului \u0219i la joburile avute, f\u0103r\u0103 a citi detaliile despre acestea. Dac\u0103 nivelul jobului este peste cel stabilit, decizia de a considera profilul de interes (deci de a trece la a doua citire) se ia \u00een propor\u021bie de peste 90% dup\u0103 numele, anvergura \u0219i reputa\u021bia angajatorilor \u2013 asta pentru recrut\u0103rile de senior management, mai ales la marile companii \u0219i la multina\u021bionale.<\/p>\n<p>La a doua citire, de 2-3 minute, te concentrezi pe experien\u021b\u0103, rareori este nevoie s\u0103 revii asupra studiilor, certific\u0103rilor sau a altor detalii. Acum cau\u021bi s\u0103 vezi cu precizie informa\u021biile despre angajator (cifr\u0103 de afaceri, num\u0103r de angaja\u021bi, activitate, produse, acoperire etc.), iar despre job, locul exact \u00een ierarhie, cui e subordonat\u0103 pozi\u021bia, c\u00e2\u021bi oameni are \u00een subordine, natura exact\u0103 a activit\u0103\u021bii etc., \u0219i decizi dac\u0103 e de luat \u00een calcul pentru interviu sau eliminat.<\/p>\n<p>Dac\u0103 ai mul\u021bi candida\u021bi care se calific\u0103 poten\u021bial pentru un interviu, e\u0219ti nevoit s\u0103-i ierarhizezi ca s\u0103 \u0219tii cu cine s\u0103 \u00eencepi, \u00een ce ordine, \u0219i pe cine la\u0219i pe lista de rezerve. A\u0219a c\u0103 revii iar\u0103\u0219i, cu a treia citire, cea mai atent\u0103 \u0219i mai detaliat\u0103, la care po\u021bi sta \u0219i un sfert de ceas, dac\u0103 chiar ai ce analiza. Te ui\u021bi la lista de proiecte\/ tranzac\u021bii\/ portofoliu, la competen\u021bele tehnice, la achievements, la expunerea interna\u021bional\u0103, list\u0103 de lucr\u0103ri etc.<\/p>\n<p>De aceea CV-ul trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103 o pagin\u0103 (scris m\u0103runt \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.managero.ro\/help\/de-ce-se-fac-cv-urile-cu-scrisul-atat-de-marunt\/\">am explicat de ce<\/a>), rareori dou\u0103. Iar c\u00e2nd chiar ai ceva consistent de spus (ce ar c\u0103uta un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.georgebutunoiu.com\">recrutor<\/a> sau un angajator la cea de-a treia citire, descris\u0103 mai sus), informa\u021biile acelea se pun \u00een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.managero.ro\/articles\/anexe-cv\/\">anexa CV-ului<\/a>. Continuarea lui, de fapt, adic\u0103 de la pagina doi, trei \u00eencolo, doar c\u0103 informa\u021bia este organizat\u0103 \u0219i agregat\u0103 altfel, pe sistemul \u201eproject list\u201d, nu pe angajator \u0219i job (\u201eCV format\u201d), ca \u00een prima parte a CV-ului.<\/p>\n<p>Or, aceast\u0103 anex\u0103 a CV-ului poate avea oric\u00e2te pagini. \u0218i zece, dac\u0103 e cazul, fiindc\u0103 cititorul ajunge aici c\u00e2nd chiar vrea s\u0103 \u0219tie \u0219i s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 acele detalii, \u0219i \u00ee\u0219i aloc\u0103 oric\u00e2t timp e nevoie pentru asta. Oricum e mai avantajos pentru el s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 foarte precis de aici despre ce este vorba dec\u00e2t s\u0103 consume timp cu interviuri p\u0103guboase.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0219a c\u0103 nu amesteca\u021bi informa\u021biile de la a treia citire printre joburi, dac\u0103 acestea fac s\u0103 lungeasc\u0103 CV-ul pe mai mult de dou\u0103 pagini, ci pune\u021bi-le \u00een anex\u0103. Exist\u0103 angajatori care pur \u0219i simplu nu vor s\u0103 citeasc\u0103 CV-uri mai lungi de dou\u0103 pagini. Le dau deoparte, le arunc\u0103.
