Dac\u0103 \u00eencerci s\u0103 sco\u021bi \u00een eviden\u021b\u0103 prea multe deodat\u0103 \u00eentr-o pagin\u0103 sau dou\u0103, de fapt nu mai subliniezi nimic, ci dimpotriv\u0103! \u0218i adesea, ceea ce r\u0103m\u00e2ne nesubliniat ajunge mai degrab\u0103 s\u0103 atrag\u0103 aten\u021bia\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i \u00eenc\u0103 o capcan\u0103: candidatul subliniaz\u0103 ca s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi \u00eemping\u0103 \u00een fa\u021b\u0103 ceea ce i se pare lui mai important. Or, \u00eentre ceea ce crede el c\u0103 e important \u0219i ceea ce consider\u0103 angajatorul sau recrutorul c\u0103 ar fi, e adesea o mare, foarte mare diferen\u021b\u0103. Mai mult, c\u00e2nd tu sco\u021bi \u00een eviden\u021b\u0103 ceva ce angajatorului \u0219i recrutorilor li se pare un m\u0103run\u021bi\u0219, o realizare minor\u0103, nu faci dec\u00e2t s\u0103-\u021bi sco\u021bi \u00een eviden\u021b\u0103 limitele, s\u0103 fie clare, s\u0103 nu cumva s\u0103-i scape cititorului. \u0218i da, de aceea sublinierile \u0219i eviden\u021bierile sunt o surs\u0103 nea\u0219teptat\u0103 de informa\u021bii pentru anali\u0219ti. \u00cens\u0103 marea, marea majoritate a concluziilor sunt exact opuse celor dorite de c\u0103tre candida\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p>Ca s\u0103 fie eficiente, s\u0103 ias\u0103 cu adev\u0103rat \u00een eviden\u021b\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 produc\u0103 efectul dorit, sublinierile trebuie s\u0103 fie extrem de rare pe o pagin\u0103. Mai ales c\u0103 formatarea \u0219i decorarea con\u021binutului se fac cu acelea\u0219i instrumente de eviden\u021biere: titluri de sec\u021biuni, paragrafe etc., ceea ce \u00eenmul\u021be\u0219te considerabil num\u0103rul eviden\u021bierilor.<\/p>\n<p>Speciali\u0219tii care se ocup\u0103 de perceperea \u0219i \u00een\u021belegerea textelor spun foarte clar c\u0103 dac\u0103 vrei ca textul s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi fie citit cursiv, \u0219i nu fotografic, \u00een zig-zag, e bine s\u0103 limitezi la maximum tipurile \u0219i instrumentele de subliniere \u0219i de eviden\u021biere \u00eentr-un text unitar: bold, italic, underline, majuscule, culori, m\u0103rimi diferite de litere, spa\u021bieri, indednt, elemente grafice etc. etc.<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i, mai ales, s\u0103 nu suprapui elementele de eviden\u021biere! Nu po\u021bi s\u0103 nu te \u00eentrebi ce o fi fost \u00een mintea unui candidat c\u00e2nd vezi un titlu de rubric\u0103, \u201eWORK EXPERIENCE\u201d, de pild\u0103, eviden\u021biat de cinci ori: font mai mare, capitals, bold, underline \u0219i o culoare diferit\u0103! \u0218i asta pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 eviden\u021bierea implicit\u0103 prin separarea paragrafelor cu spa\u021bii suficient de mari. O scuz\u0103 ar putea s\u0103 fie c\u0103 a pl\u0103tit vreunui consultant s\u0103-i redacteze CV-ul. \u0218i se \u0219tie c\u0103 ace\u0219ti consultan\u021bi tr\u0103iesc din format\u0103ri, a\u0219a c\u0103 sunt obliga\u021bi s\u0103 aib\u0103 o inventivitate f\u0103r\u0103 margini\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Recomandarea mea e clar\u0103: folosi\u021bi pu\u021bine elemente de subliniere \u00een CV-uri, c\u00e2t mai discrete, \u0219i de c\u00e2t mai pu\u021bine ori. Cel mai adesea, dou\u0103 sau trei sunt absolut suficiente: bold \u0219i litere cu un punct sau dou\u0103 mai mari pentru titluri, underline pentru ceva de eviden\u021biat \u00een text. \u00cempreun\u0103 cu spa\u021bierile corecte ale blocurilor de informa\u021bie, dau toat\u0103 claritatea de care este nevoie. Orice e mai mult de at\u00e2t aduce riscul unei ridic\u0103ri din spr\u00e2ncene, sau, \u0219i mai r\u0103u, o citire haotic\u0103 a CV-ului. C\u00e2t despre \u201eefectul estetic\u201d al decorurilor \u00eentr-un CV, da, au cu certitudine un efect.
