Vor \u201ecandida\u021bi ideali\u201d, sau, oricum, pe unii c\u00e2t mai apropia\u021bi de acel profil ideal. Or, niciodat\u0103 nu ve\u021bi vedea un astfel de \u201eprofil ideal\u201d altfel dec\u00e2t e jobul \u00een discu\u021bie, s\u0103 se caute alt fel de experien\u021b\u0103, din alt\u0103 industrie \u0219i cu cineva venind de pe un altfel de job.<\/p>\n<p>Mie, de pild\u0103, \u00een cei 31 de ani de c\u00e2nd fac <a href=\"http:\/\/www.georgebutunoiu.com\">recrutare<\/a>, nu mi s-au cerut niciodat\u0103 candida\u021bi care s\u0103 nu aib\u0103 EXACT acela\u0219i profil cu cel al jobului. E drept, uneori reu\u0219esc s\u0103 le recomand \u0219i candida\u021bi cu profiluri diferite, \u00eens\u0103 asta extrem de rar \u0219i cu diferen\u021be relativ reduse, nu de fond, adic\u0103 din alte industrii \u0219i cu alte tipuri de joburi. \u0218i doar la businessurile antreprenoriale, niciodat\u0103 la multina\u021bionale.<\/p>\n<p>Mul\u021bi angaja\u021bi decid s\u0103-\u0219i schimbe traiectoria \u00een carier\u0103, la un moment dat. Uneori destul de radical, \u0219i chiar s\u0103 \u201eo ia de la cap\u0103t\u201d. Mai ales cei de 50+ care sunt suficient de lucizi \u0219i de informa\u021bi asupra mersului lucrurilor \u00een lume. \u00cemi trimit \u0219i mie CV-urile, scriindu-mi c\u0103 sunt flexibili, c\u0103 ar accepta joburi \u0219i \u00een alte domenii, \u00een alte industrii, chiar mai joase ierarhic dec\u00e2t au avut \u0219i cu lefuri mai mici. Prezint\u0103 asta ca pe un fel de avantaj, ca pe ceva ce le-ar spori \u0219ansele de angajare.
