Cei de la British Council m-au rugat s\u0103 \u00eei ajut cu recrutarea unui Head of Arts, \u0219i am preluat <a href=\"https:\/\/www.georgebutunoiu.com\/blog\/va-rog-sa-mi-dati-mai-multe-detalii\/\">anun\u021bul<\/a> lor, care era deja f\u0103cut (\u00eel vede\u021bi \u0219i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.georgebutunoiu.com\/blog\/va-rog-sa-mi-dati-mai-multe-detalii\/\">aici<\/a>). Sau spus altfel, dac\u0103 nu \u0219tie sau nu \u00een\u021belege, cel mai probabil nu are ce c\u0103uta acolo. La cerin\u021be am trecut sumar c\u00e2teva lucruri uzuale legate de experien\u021b\u0103, educa\u021bie, limbi str\u0103ine \u2013 nimic special sau nea\u0219teptat.<\/p>\n<p>Comentariu pe LinkedIn, \u00een care eram \u00eentrebat (nu sunt sigur dac\u0103 doar cu suspiciune, sau \u0219i cu ceva ironie) dac\u0103 anun\u021bul e serios. L-am \u00eentrebat de ce, \u0219i mi-a r\u0103spuns c\u0103 nu am men\u021bionat nimic despre profilul de personalitate al candida\u021bilor. \u201eCa de pild\u0103 ce?\u201d, \u00eentreb eu&#8230; \u201eP\u0103i, s\u0103 fie problem-solving, s\u0103 aib\u0103 critical thinking, s\u0103 \u0219tie s\u0103 lucreze \u00een echip\u0103, s\u0103 fie adaptabil, s\u0103 aib\u0103 calit\u0103\u021bi de lider, creativitate, deschis la nou, dorin\u021b\u0103 de a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba lucruri noi, lucruri din astea care se trec \u00een orice anun\u021b\u201d \u201eAha! zic eu, \u0219i dac\u0103 e un candidat care are toate aceste calit\u0103\u021bi minunate, dar nu le vede \u00een anun\u021b, nu mai aplic\u0103, fiind convins c\u0103 se caut\u0103 alt fel de angajat? Unul care s\u0103 nu fie problem-solving, s\u0103 nu aib\u0103 critical thinking, s\u0103 nu poat\u0103 s\u0103 lucreze \u00een echip\u0103, s\u0103 nu fie adaptabil, s\u0103 nu aib\u0103 calit\u0103\u021bi de lider, s\u0103 nu fie creativ, nici deschis la nou, s\u0103 nu aib\u0103 chef de a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba lucruri noi?\u201d \u201e&#8230;\u201d \u201eSau invers, continui eu, dac\u0103 un candidat consider\u0103 c\u0103 nu e el cel mai tare la critical thinking, s\u0103 spunem, va renun\u021ba \u0219i nu va mai aplica? \u00ce\u0219i va spune, iat\u0103, p\u0103cat, m-a\u0219 fi potrivit perfect dac\u0103 nu ar fi fost nenorocita asta de critical thinking&#8230; \u2639\u201d \u201e&#8230;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Da, ca angajator sau ca recrutor, c\u00e2nd pui un anun\u021b de recrutare trebuie s\u0103 iei o decizie: s\u0103-l faci doar pentru cei care \u00een\u021beleg repede ceea ce e de \u00een\u021beles, sau \u0219i pentru ceilal\u021bi? Cel mai adesea, r\u0103spunsul e simplu: <strong>pune\u021bi c\u00e2t mai multe \u00een anun\u021b, face\u021bi-l c\u00e2t mai lung<\/strong>! Cu c\u00e2t mai multe, cu at\u00e2t mai tare vor fi impresiona\u021bi cei care \u00eel citesc, \u00eel vor da \u0219i altora ca exemplu \u0219i v\u0103 vor \u021bine minte ca angajator \u201eserios \u0219i profesionist\u201d. \u0218i asta ajut\u0103 nu doar brandului de angajator, ci \u00eentregului brand, \u00een general.
