Pentru c\u0103 orice filtru \u00een plus \u00ee\u021bi scade \u0219ansele, desigur. Dar c\u00e2nd treci la ac\u021biune, ar fi bine s\u0103 te asiguri c\u0103 \u0219tii bine care sunt mecanismele <u>acelei<\/u> recrut\u0103ri \u0219i s\u0103 faci o analiz\u0103 SWOT temeinic\u0103, dac\u0103 chiar te intereseaz\u0103 jobul respectiv. \u0218i cu at\u00e2t mai mult dac\u0103 e vorba despre o pozi\u021bie \u00eenalt\u0103, important\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Un exemplu: am pus pe Managero, site-ul de anun\u021buri de recrutare pentru pozi\u021bii de management pe care l-am lansat de cur\u00e2nd, un anun\u021b de director pentru o firm\u0103, cu indica\u021bia de a aplica prin mecanismul de pe site.<\/p>\n<p>Ca de fiecare dat\u0103 c\u00e2nd putem da numele angajatorului \u00een anun\u021b \u00eenc\u0103 de la \u00eenceput (\u0219i asta ajut\u0103 foarte mult \u2013 vezi ultimul articol pe care l-am scris pe aceast\u0103 tem\u0103: \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.managero.ro\/articles\/standardul-managero-pentru-anunturile-de-recrutare\/\">Standardul Managero pentru anun\u021burile de recrutare cu employer branding<\/a>\u201d), mai mul\u021bi trimit CV-ul direct la angajator, sau \u0219i la recrutor \u0219i la angajator, simultan.<\/p>\n<p>Dar unul dintre candida\u021bi a decis s\u0103 fac\u0103 un pas mai departe, \u0219i a trimis CV-ul direct la angajator cu urm\u0103torul mesaj: Am \u00eencercat\u00a0s\u0103 aplic pe acel site, \u00eens\u0103 c\u00e2mpurile pentru completarea CV-ului sunt destul de anevoioase \u0219i incomplete. Practic, a\u0219 trimite un CV incomplet, care nu relev\u0103 \u00eentreaga\u00a0mea experien\u021b\u0103. De aceea, am ales s\u0103 aplic astfel. Sper s\u0103 nu fie nicio problem\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Ca punct de plecare \u00een analizarea candidaturii sale, care tot la mine a ajuns, ca de fiecare dat\u0103, am dou\u0103 ipoteze: omul chiar crede c\u0103 mecanismul de aplicare pe Managero e anevoios \u0219i incomplet, \u0219i doi, \u0219tie c\u0103 nu este a\u0219a, \u00eens\u0103 a mizat, la risc, pe faptul c\u0103 angajatorul nu cunoa\u0219te site-ul \u0219i va lua de bun ce-i spune el, c\u0103 GB nu \u0219tie ce e acela un CV complet \u0219i bine f\u0103cut.<\/p>\n<p>S\u0103 le lu\u0103m pe r\u00e2nd: CV builder-ul de pe Managero e extrem de precis, de detaliat, de riguros, de bine structurat, nu scap\u0103 nici cel mai mic detaliu care intereseaz\u0103 pe angajator \u0219i care, prin urmare, trebuie s\u0103 se g\u0103seasc\u0103 \u00een CV, la locul \u0219i \u00een ordinea \u00een care trebuie s\u0103 fie. To\u021bi cei care l-au folosit \u2013 \u0219i nu sunt pu\u021bini deloc \u2013 au confirmat asta, uneori chiar cu mult\u0103 surprindere \u0219i entuziasm, \u0219i nu a fost nici m\u0103car o singur\u0103 excep\u021bie p\u00e2n\u0103 acum \u00een aceast\u0103 privin\u021b\u0103. Or, dac\u0103 domnul candidat nu numai c\u0103 nu a putut remarca un lucru elementar at\u00e2t de evident, ci l-a \u0219i v\u0103zut exact pe dos, mie \u00eemi ridic\u0103 un mare, foarte mare semn de \u00eentrebare, \u0219i m\u0103 \u00eentreb ce ar \u00een\u021belege el din lucruri incomparabil mai complicate dec\u00e2t acesta.<\/p>\n<p>Cealalt\u0103 ipotez\u0103: candidatul \u0219i-a dat seama repede c\u0103 modelul de CV de pe Managero e extrem de precis \u0219i de detaliat, dar i-a scris angajatorului c\u0103 e un mecanism prost conceput \u0219i realizat. Inutilizabil, adic\u0103, \u0219i sper\u00e2nd c\u0103 angajatorul nu \u0219i-a aruncat \u0219i el o privire. Deci primul pas \u00een rela\u021bia cu eventualul s\u0103u nou angajator a fost printr-o minciun\u0103 gogonat\u0103. Hai s\u0103 admitem asta, fiindc\u0103 nu ar fi nici singurul \u0219i nici ultimul care minte. Dar una chiar at\u00e2t de pueril\u0103 \u0219i de riscant\u0103, de u\u0219or de descoperit? \u0218i, mai ales, f\u0103r\u0103 miz\u0103, practic! Care ar fi putut s\u0103 fie reac\u021bia angajatorului? S\u0103 aib\u0103 o revela\u021bie c\u0103 GB nu \u0219tie s\u0103 fac\u0103 un CV, nu \u0219tie care sunt lucrurile de baz\u0103, elementare \u00een meseria sa, \u0219i s\u0103 rup\u0103 imediat contractul cu mine? Sau ce altceva?<\/p>\n<p>Oricum, p\u00e2n\u0103 la p\u0103rerea pe care \u0219i-a f\u0103cut-o deja angajatorul despre noi, sau \u0219i-o va face \u00een urma unei analize minu\u021bioase (pare genul), mi-am f\u0103cut eu propria p\u0103rere despre candidatul \u00een cauz\u0103 \u0219i despre stilul s\u0103u de management. \u0218i, coinciden\u021b\u0103, \u0219i angajatorul a ajuns la aceea\u0219i concluzie \u00een ceea ce-l prive\u0219te pe domnul candidat&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i acum un foarte scurt training pentru cei care vor s\u0103-i contacteze direct pe angajatori, ocolind recrutorii.<\/p>\n<p>Exist\u0103 mai multe moduri de lucru \u0219i de tipuri de rela\u021bii contractuale \u00eentre angajatori \u0219i firmele de recrutare. Firmele de executive search \u0219i firmele mari de recrutare lucreaz\u0103 numai cu exclusivitate, niciodat\u0103 nu accept\u0103 s\u0103 lucreze mai multe firme pentru aceea\u0219i recrutare! \u0218i angajatorii mari \u0219tiu foarte bine asta, nu intr\u0103 niciodat\u0103 \u00een discu\u021bie acest principiu. Mai mult, se oblig\u0103 (inclusiv prin contract) s\u0103 trimit\u0103 c\u0103tre recrutor orice candidatur\u0103 ajunge direct la d\u00e2n\u0219ii, indiferent cum \u0219i din ce surs\u0103, inclusiv cele interne. \u0218i nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd, recrutorul \u00ee\u0219i ia oricum to\u021bi banii dac\u0103 recrutarea este \u00eencheiat\u0103, deci nici m\u0103car consolarea unor candida\u021bi respin\u0219i c\u0103 s-au r\u0103zbunat pe recrutor nu are obiect.<\/p>\n<p>Foarte rar se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 ca un angajator s\u0103 nu \u00ee\u0219i respecte aceast\u0103 promisiune, fie ea scris\u0103 \u00een contract, sau, cel mai adesea nu, c\u00e2nd exist\u0103 o rela\u021bie de lung\u0103 durat\u0103 cu recrutorul. A\u0219adar, g\u00e2ndi\u021bi-v\u0103 bine dac\u0103 nu cumva sunte\u021bi parte din acest scenariu \u00eenainte s\u0103 trimite\u021bi CV-ul direct la angajator. Nu am f\u0103cut-o niciodat\u0103 \u00een cei 30 de ani de activitate, \u0219i nici nu o vom face \u00een urm\u0103torii 30, cu siguran\u021b\u0103. \u0218i ne lu\u0103m \u0219i \u00eentregul onorariu dac\u0103 cineva e angajat pe acel post p\u00e2n\u0103 la urm\u0103, chiar dac\u0103 acela nu ne-a trecut pragul \u0219i nu ne-a onorat cu prezen\u021ba sa.<\/p>\n<p>Concluzie: \u00eencerca\u021bi s\u0103 afla\u021bi, sau s\u0103 ghici\u021bi, m\u0103car, ce fel de rela\u021bie este \u00eentre angajator \u0219i recrutor \u00eenainte de a decide cum v\u0103 pozi\u021biona\u021bi fa\u021b\u0103 de fiecare dintre ei. Fiindc\u0103 a\u0219a cum face\u021bi acum, ve\u021bi face \u0219i \u00een noul job.
