{"id":1507,"date":"2021-03-25T18:40:48","date_gmt":"2021-03-25T18:40:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.managero.ro\/articles\/?p=1507"},"modified":"2021-03-25T21:44:50","modified_gmt":"2021-03-25T21:44:50","slug":"tu-sau-dumneavoastra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.managero.ro\/articles\/tu-sau-dumneavoastra\/","title":{"rendered":"Tu sau dumneavoastr\u0103?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>E mai dificil de r\u0103spuns dec\u00e2t pare la prima vedere, \u0219i riscurile s\u0103 faci o gaf\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 ie\u0219i cu imaginea \u0219ifonat\u0103 dintr-o astfel de situa\u021bie, sau cu stima de sine \u00eenvine\u021bit\u0103 semnificativ, mai mari dec\u00e2t crede\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p>Am f\u0103cut un mic <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/georgebutunoiu_cum-a%C8%9Bi-prefera-s%C4%83-vi-se-adreseze-un-necunoscut-activity-6780421877107101696-2yvq\">sondaj<\/a> pe Internet pe aceast\u0103 tem\u0103, am \u00eentrebat oamenii cum ar prefera s\u0103 li se adreseze un necunoscut la primul contact, presupun\u00e2nd c\u0103 au reu\u0219it s\u0103-l plaseze pe interlocutor \u00eentr-un statut social \u0219i profesional apropiat de cel \u00een care sunt eu: mai informal, cu \u201etu\u201d, ca americanii, sau mai formal, cu \u201edumneavoastr\u0103\u201d, dup\u0103 fran\u021buze\u0219tile obiceiuri.<\/p>\n<p>Din o mie de r\u0103spunsuri, cam 40% ar prefera abordarea formal\u0103 (tu) \u0219i 60% pe cea informal\u0103 (dumneavoastr\u0103) \u2013 ceea ce era previzibil. Au fost \u0219i multe comentarii cu detalierea \u0219i explicarea r\u0103spunsurilor, cu exemple \u0219i recomand\u0103ri, de felul: \u201ela \u00eenceput spunem dumneavoastr\u0103, c\u0103 a\u0219a e politicos, apoi trecem la o interac\u021biune mai informal\u0103\u201d, sau \u201e\u00eei cer permisiunea interlocutorului s\u0103-i spun pe nume\u201d etc.<\/p>\n<p>Recrutorii sunt foarte aten\u021bi la prima formul\u0103 de adresare din partea candidatului \u0219i la felul \u00een care se pozi\u021bioneaz\u0103 acesta \u00een primele 10 secunde, fiindc\u0103 adesea pot fi trase concluzii destul de relevante de aici.<\/p>\n<p>Dinspre partea candidatului, ra\u021bionamentul e urm\u0103torul: dac\u0103 \u0219tii dinainte suficiente lucruri despre cel cu care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 te \u00eent\u00e2lne\u0219ti, \u00ee\u021bi stabile\u0219ti dinainte cum te pozi\u021bionezi. Dac\u0103 nu, ai c\u00e2teva secunde ca s\u0103 o faci la fa\u021ba locului. Pentru cei siguri pe ei \u0219i obi\u0219nui\u021bi ai mediilor manageriale, secundele acestea sunt de ajuns. \u0218i nu cad \u00een capcana de a se alinia automat la pozi\u021bionarea \u201eimpus\u0103\u201d de recrutor sau de angajator, ca s\u0103-i r\u0103spund\u0103 cu tu dac\u0103 el i se adreseaz\u0103 astfel, \u0219i invers, dumneavoastr\u0103 la dumneavoastr\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Regula clar\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 echivoc, este s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi <strong>asumi<\/strong> pozi\u021bionarea \u0219i s\u0103 nu o mai schimbi dup\u0103 aceea, chiar dac\u0103 ai la un moment dat senza\u021bia c\u0103 nu a fost, poate, cea mai bun\u0103 decizie. Dac\u0103 ai \u00eenceput cu dumneavoastr\u0103, r\u0103m\u00e2i la ea p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd interlocutorul \u00ee\u021bi cere sau \u00ee\u021bi sugereaz\u0103 c\u0103 ar fi bine s\u0103 trece\u021bi la o pozi\u021bionare mai informal\u0103. \u00centr-adev\u0103r, pu\u021bine lucruri sunt mai penibile \u0219i mai generatoare de gafe \u0219i de situa\u021bii jenante dec\u00e2t \u00eentrebarea \u201ePot s\u0103 v\u0103 tutuiesc?\u201d, sau, \u0219i mai riscanta \u201ePot s\u0103 te tutuiesc?\u201d. Cu foarte pu\u021bine excep\u021bii, cel c\u0103ruia \u00eei pui aceast\u0103 \u00eentrebare cu totul neinspirat\u0103 se va sim\u021bi obligat s\u0103 spun\u0103 ca da, po\u021bi, chiar dac\u0103 \u00eel deranjeaz\u0103 aceast\u0103 familiaritate, din cine \u0219tie ce motive. Sfatul meu este s\u0103 nu face\u021bi asta, s\u0103 continua\u021bi s\u0103-i vorbi\u021bi cu dumneavoastr\u0103, dac\u0103 a\u0219a a\u021bi \u00eenceput, chiar dac\u0103 el a schimbat tonul \u00eentre timp. A\u0219tepta\u021bi s\u0103 v\u0103 spun\u0103 el s\u0103 o face\u021bi.
