Din numarul total al persoanelor intervievate, \u00een martie 2020, \u00een timpul primului val al pandemiei, 39% dintre acestea mergeau zilnic la birou. \u00cen prezent, procentul acestora a crescut la 49%. \u00cen Romania, procentele se situeaz\u0103 de la 38% \u00een martie 2020 la 51% \u00een prezent. Acestea sunt doar c\u00e2teva dintre concluziile extrase dintr-un studiu realizat \u00een numele diviziei de dezvoltare de birouri a Skanska din CEE.<\/p>\n<p>Studiul a fost realizat \u00een patru \u021b\u0103ri din Europa Central\u0103 \u0219i de Est &#8211; Polonia, Republica Ceh\u0103, Rom\u00e2nia \u0219i Ungaria. Scopul s\u0103u principal a fost analizarea situa\u021biei actuale \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te modelele de lucru pe pia\u021ba muncii \u00een contextul pandemiei de COVID-19. Rezultatele arat\u0103 cum s-a schimbat perspectiva angaja\u021bilor \u00een ultimele dou\u0103sprezece luni \u0219i confirm\u0103 faptul c\u0103 majoritatea este dispus\u0103 s\u0103 revin\u0103 la birouri.<\/p>\n<p>Lipsa unei separ\u0103ri clare \u00eentre munc\u0103 \u0219i cas\u0103 este v\u0103zut\u0103 ca fiind de departe cel mai mare dezavantaj de a lucra de acas\u0103 (mai mult de 40% dintre responden\u021bi spun asta). Via\u021ba social\u0103 limitat\u0103 \u0219i monotonia reprezint\u0103 alte dezavantaje atunci c\u00e2nd lucr\u0103m de acas\u0103. Fiecare a patra persoan\u0103 se pl\u00e2nge de costurile crescute ale facturilor \u0219i ale \u00eentre\u021binerii casei, dar \u0219i de lipsa echipamentelor \u0219i a infrastructurii de care dispuneau la birou.
