La sf\u00e2r\u0219itul secolului 18, pentru formarea clasei muncitoare, era necesar a fi impus un sistem de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare standardizat\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 conteze personalitatea, valorile sau credin\u021bele oamenilor. Era nevoie ca o mas\u0103 mare de oameni s\u0103 \u0219tie s\u0103 citeasc\u0103, s\u0103 socoteasc\u0103, s\u0103 fie instruit\u0103 pentru lucrul repetitiv \u0219i s\u0103 cunoasc\u0103 regulile pentru \u00eenrolare \u00een uzine \u0219i pentru convie\u021buire \u00een societate! Cel mai mult conta ca un grup mare de oameni s\u0103 fac\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 \u00een acela\u0219i timp, acelea\u0219i lucruri.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cenv\u0103\u021barea se baza pe repeti\u021bie iar \u0219colile erau organizate precum o fabric\u0103, cu garduri \u0219i acces controlat! Elevii \u00eembr\u0103ca\u021bi \u00een uniforme, intrau la ore \u0219i ie\u0219eau la sunet de clopo\u021bel, la fel ca muncitorii, la sunetul sirenei! \u00cen clase erau \u00eenghesui\u021bi la un loc copii dup\u0103 data fabrica\u021biei, a se \u00een\u021belege data na\u0219terii, precum produsele, f\u0103r\u0103 a se \u021bine cont de inteligen\u021b\u0103 sau talent \u0219i erau instrui\u021bi s\u0103 fie disciplina\u021bi \u0219i s\u0103 dea ascultare \u0219efului, adic\u0103 dasc\u0103lului. M\u00e2inile la spate, ochi la tabla \u0219i face\u021bi to\u021bi ca mine!<\/p>\n<p>O recunoa\u0219tem? A\u0219adar, \u00eenainta\u0219ii no\u0219tri au \u0219tiut s\u0103-\u0219i preg\u0103teasc\u0103 acum mai bine de 200 de ani viitorul, \u00eens\u0103 noi \u00een zorii celei de-a patra revolu\u021bii industriale, nu vrem sau nu \u0219tim cum! Ce se poate face?<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen acest sens, cred c\u0103 universit\u0103\u021bile sunt responsabile at\u00e2t de schimbare cat \u0219i de cre\u0219terea nivelului de educa\u021bie \u0219i o pot face prin stabilirea de criterii adecvate de acces \u00een facult\u0103\u021bi, care s\u0103 constr\u00e2ng\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul preuniversitar la o nou\u0103 abordare \u00een vedere preg\u0103tirii viitorilor studen\u021bi pentru viitor \u0219i nu pentru trecut! Purt\u00e2nd aceast\u0103 responsabilitate, ele pot \u00eencepe prin a nu-\u0219i mai deschide por\u021biile pentru cei care doresc doar o diplom\u0103, ci numai pentru cei interesa\u021bi de perfec\u021bionare la un nivel \u00eenalt.<\/p>\n<p>Nu doar ele, ci tot sistemul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt are o hib\u0103! Deciden\u021bii lui nu \u00een\u021beleg c\u0103 e vremea ca el s\u0103 devin\u0103 mai suplu, mai eficient \u0219i s\u0103 renun\u021be la structurile sale rigide, militarizate de sus p\u00e2n\u0103 jos. Ca s\u0103 intre \u00een sensul schimb\u0103rii, sistemul va fi nevoit s\u0103 insiste pe reducerea gap-ului dintre skill-urile oferite de sistemul actual de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt \u0219i cerin\u021bele din pia\u021b\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 fac\u0103 ceva mai mult dec\u00e2t s\u0103 discute \u0219i s\u0103 rediscute oportunitatea schimb\u0103rii \u00een tot felul de comisii, oficii, institu\u021bii \u0219i inspectorate, f\u0103r\u0103 ca vreuna s\u0103-\u0219i doreasc\u0103 cu adev\u0103rat schimbarea sau s\u0103 aib\u0103 drept de decizie \u00een acest sens.<\/p>\n<p>Anii din urm\u0103, dar mai ales anul 2020, ne-au ar\u0103tat c\u0103 nu exist\u0103 simetrie intre trecut \u0219i viitor \u0219i de aceea se recomanda ca formatorii s\u0103 nu-\u0219i mai imagineze ziua de m\u00e2ine ca un alt ieri!<\/p>\n<p>Ce nu \u0219tiu tinerii dup\u0103 absolvire? Spre exemplu, nu \u0219tiu prea multe despre dezvoltarea lor profesional\u0103 \u0219i nici despre necesitatea unei foi de parcurs \u00een cariera. Sunt preg\u0103ti\u021bi doar la nivel tehnic, dar \u0219i acolo deseori cu lacune!<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen opinia mea, ar fi util s\u0103 cunoasc\u0103 c\u0103 exista trei zone pe \u00eentreg parcursul dezvolt\u0103rii profesionale a unui proasp\u0103t absolvent. C\u0103 prima \u00eencepe dup\u0103 studii, cu primul job \u0219i este zona executan\u021bilor, din ea f\u0103c\u00e2nd parte \u0219i speciali\u0219tii afla\u021bi pe nivele diferite de expertiz\u0103. C\u0103 cei afla\u021bi aici utilizeaz\u0103 preponderent competen\u021bele tehnice \u00eenv\u0103\u021bate \u00een facultate \u0219i mai pu\u021bin cele de leadership \u0219i c\u0103 unii dintre ei r\u0103m\u00e2n \u00een ea toat\u0103 cariera, al\u021bii \u00eens\u0103 consider\u00e2nd-o doar o antecamera, o zon\u0103 de tranzi\u021bie spre urm\u0103toarea.<\/p>\n<p>A doua zona e cea a midle managementului. Aici propor\u021bia competen\u021belor trebuie s\u0103 fie aproximativ egal\u0103. Dintre cei care \u0219i-au dorit s\u0103 intre \u00een ea doar o mic\u0103 parte sunt preg\u0103ti\u021bi \u0219i r\u0103m\u00e2n. Mul\u021bi se re\u00eentorc \u00een prima, dar vor fi \u0219i unii, putini e adev\u0103rat, care vor privii spre urm\u0103toarea, cea a top managementului.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen a treia zona, cei pu\u021bini care ajung in ea, au mare nevoie de competen\u021bele de leadership \u0219i \u00een mai mic\u0103 m\u0103sura de cele tehnice!<\/p>\n<p>Dac\u0103 ar \u0219ti toate astea, majoritatea absolven\u021bilor nu s-ar mai teme sa r\u0103spund\u0103 \u00een timpul recrut\u0103rii la o \u00eentrebare simpl\u0103 \u0219i anume, unde se vad ei \u00een viitor? Ar \u0219ti s\u0103 spun\u0103 c\u0103 peste un num\u0103r de ani, nu se vor vedea \u00een Bahamas precum mul\u021bi \u00een\u021beleg ast\u0103zi s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103, ci vor deveni fie un specialist \u00eentr-un domeniu, fie un manager de departament \u00eentr-o multina\u021bional\u0103, fie \u00eentr-o pozi\u021bie de director general \u00eentr-o fabric\u0103, spre exemplu, la alegerea fiec\u0103ruia! Exemplele pot continua!<\/p>\n<p>De-asemenea absolven\u021bii nu \u0219tiu nimic despre empatie, \u0219i nici despre felul \u00een care te ajut\u0103 ea sa i\u021bi creezi un avantaj competitiv!<\/p>\n<p>Aleg a\u0219adar, sa le spun aici, ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 empatia pentru mine! Spre exemplu, ea m\u0103 ajut\u0103 s\u0103 c\u00e2\u0219tig o negociere, inc\u0103 dinaintea \u00eent\u00e2lnirii! M\u0103 folosesc de empatie \u00een orice \u00eemprejurare pentru a-mi crea un avantaj! Atunci c\u00e2nd m\u0103 preg\u0103tesc pentru o negociere cu un client, caut informa\u021bii relevante despre el \u0219i m\u0103 str\u0103duiesc s\u0103-i \u00een\u021beleg motiva\u021biile!<\/p>\n<p>M\u0103 a\u0219ez apoi pe scaunul din fata biroului meu, m\u0103 pun \u00een pielea lui \u0219i \u00eemi imaginez ce mi-as dori \u00een calitate de client, care \u00eemi sunt obiectivele \u00eent\u00e2lnirii, ce atuuri am, ce vulnerabilit\u0103\u021bi, c\u00e2t pot s\u0103 cedez, ce vreau s\u0103 ob\u021bin, etc. Reintru apoi \u00een rolul meu, \u00eemi analizez op\u021biunile, \u00eemi stabilesc obiectivele \u00eent\u00e2lnirii, strategia \u0219i tactica prin care inten\u021bionez s\u0103 le ating. \u00cen timpul \u00eent\u00e2lnirii caut s\u0103-i \u00een\u021beleg emo\u021biile s\u0103-i intuiesc g\u00e2ndurile, s\u0103 i le simt ca \u0219i cum le-a\u0219 tr\u0103i eu! Astfel, g\u0103sesc mereu oportunit\u0103\u021bi \u00een func\u021bie de aptitudinile \u0219i calit\u0103\u021bile lui.<\/p>\n<p>Empatia m-a ajutat \u00eentotdeauna s\u0103 nu \u00eemi mai fie fric\u0103 de client \u0219i s\u0103-i \u00een\u021beleg a\u0219tept\u0103rile. Prin empatie i-am \u00een\u021beles \u00eentotdeauna interesele \u0219i am putut astfel s\u0103-i anticipez mi\u0219c\u0103rile \u0219i s\u0103 iau atitudine sau s\u0103-l contracarez, dup\u0103 caz! Am dat gre\u0219 doar atunci c\u00e2nd clientul a fost mai preg\u0103tit dec\u00e2t mine! A\u0219adar, negocierea se c\u00e2\u0219tiga \u00eenaintea \u00eent\u00e2lnirii!<\/p>\n<p>Absolven\u021bii, nu \u0219tiu prea multe nici despre bazele antreprenoriatului, nici despre educa\u021bia financiar\u0103 \u0219i nici despre rolul \u0219i locul deleg\u0103rii pentru eficien\u021ba actului managerial!<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen absenta acestor cuno\u0219tin\u021be, multi dintre ei ajung la scurt timp dup\u0103 absolvire, s\u0103 se cread\u0103 mari speciali\u0219ti sau manageri, cresc\u00e2ndu-\u0219i astfel preten\u021biile! Unii se aventureaz\u0103 chiar \u00een antreprenoriat \u00eens\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i dau \u00een cur\u00e2nd seama ca a fi antreprenor \u00eenseamn\u0103 mult mai mult dec\u00e2t a detine ni\u0219te cuno\u0219tin\u021be tehnice dob\u00e2ndite \u00een cursul anilor de studii superioare.<\/p>\n<p>Cei care totu\u0219i reu\u0219esc \u00een business, nu vor avea habar de rolul deleg\u0103rii \u0219i sf\u00e2r\u0219esc la a face munca propriilor angaja\u021bi, pentru c\u0103 a\u0219a au v\u0103zut, asa au mai f\u0103cut \u0219i a\u0219a \u0219tiu \u0219i pentru ca nu i-a \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat nimeni sa fac\u0103 altfel! Pentru c\u0103 nu \u00een\u021beleg c\u0103 rolul lor \u00een organiza\u021bie odat\u0103 cu cre\u0219terea ei se schimba \u0219i pentru c\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 cred c\u0103 dac\u0103 fac lucrurile la fel, vor avea rezultate \u0219i \u00eentr-un context nou! \u00cen companiile mici, antreprenorii au roluri multiple \u0219i e bine pan\u0103 la un punct, dar vine vremea \u00een care comportamentul lor de-motiveaz\u0103 organiza\u021bia ac\u021bion\u00e2nd ca un factor care fr\u00e2neaz\u0103 \u00een loc s\u0103 reprezinte progresul.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen via\u021ba oric\u0103rei companii exist\u0103 mai multe momente de inflexiune, primul dintre ele fiind cel la care organiza\u021bia ajunge la o anumit\u0103 m\u0103rime! De felul \u00een care sunt preg\u0103ti\u021bi \u0219i \u0219tiu s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 antreprenorii acest punct, depinde viitorul ei.<\/p>\n<p>Nu le e clar absolven\u021bilor nici cum e cu viziunea, misiunea s-au cu obiectivele carierei sau ale business-ului la care se g\u00e2ndesc!
