Pentru pozi\u021biile de \u00eencep\u0103tori, sau chiar \u0219i pu\u021bin mai sus, scanarea dup\u0103 cuvinte cheie si inteligen\u021ba artificial\u0103, algoritmii de clasificare ai Linkedin pot face asta cu rezultate c\u00e2t de c\u00e2t rezonabile. \u00cens\u0103 mai sus nu o vor face niciodat\u0103, nici m\u0103car la o zecime din nivelul de fine\u021be \u0219i subtilitate cu care ar face-o manual un consultant senior \u2013 \u0219i nici m\u0103car printre cei mai experimenta\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0219adar, Managero a ales o dubl\u0103 pozi\u021bionare: a creat un site de recrutare exclusiv pentru pozi\u021bii de management, \u00een care companiile, dar \u0219i alte firme de recrutare posteaz\u0103 anun\u021buri pentru joburi cu salarii de la 2,000\u20ac net\/ lun\u0103 \u00een sus (doar partea fix\u0103), dar face \u0219i serviciile clasice de screening, evaluare a profilurilor, filtrare \u0219i ierarhizare a candida\u021bilor, \u0219i chiar de intervievare a candida\u021bilor p\u00e2n\u0103 la selec\u021bia final\u0103, la cerere. \u0218i asta numai cu consultan\u021bi seniori, de executive search. Evident, orice alt consultant sau firm\u0103 de recrutare poate face aceste servicii pentru cei care posteaz\u0103 anun\u021burile pe Managero.ro, sunt servicii separate, cu tarife calculate individual.
