Asta p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd ve\u021bi avea primele rezultate palpabile \u0219i p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd \u0219i patronul \u0219i angaja\u021bii vor \u00eencepe s\u0103 capete \u00eencredere \u00een voi \u0219i v\u0103 vor confirma statutul de manager providen\u021bial at\u00e2t de mult a\u0219teptat. Sau chiar de lider &#8211; dup\u0103 caz. Iar \u00een anun\u021b am scris, c\u00e2t am putut eu de explicit, c\u0103 vrem un astfel de manager care s\u0103 fac\u0103 micromanagement la \u00eenceput \u0219i s\u0103 fie mai tot timpul prin fabric\u0103 \u0219i prin birouri.<\/p>\n<p>Sigur c\u0103 va st\u00e2rni o avalan\u0219\u0103 de r\u00e2sete \u0219i de lec\u021bii ironice, cu citate din manualele de management de la cei care ar fi aplicat, poate, dac\u0103 nu a\u0219 fi scris a\u0219a ceva \u00een anun\u021b.
