Unele pun \u0219i CV-urile originale ale candida\u021bilor al\u0103turi, a\u0219a, ca o pat\u0103 de culoare, \u00eens\u0103 cele mai multe nu, ca s\u0103 nu \u00ee\u0219i asume riscuri inutile.<\/p>\n<p>CV-urile sunt rescrise pentru a fi complete, pentru a cuprinde toate informa\u021biile \u0219i detaliile pe care angajatorul are nevoie s\u0103 le vad\u0103, pentru a fi bine structurate, clare, precise, u\u0219or de parcurs. \u0218i, foarte important, un format unitar \u00eei perimite angajatorului s\u0103 compare profilurile candida\u021bilor mult mai u\u0219or.<\/p>\n<p>Unul dintre primele lucruri pe care le-am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat acum 30 de ani, c\u00e2nd f\u0103ceam ucenicie \u00een cabinetul Domnului Pierre Ranque \u00een Paris, acesta a fost, s\u0103 rescriu CV-urile. La fel la Jenewein, apoi, la Ward Howell \u0219i la ceilal\u021bi cu care am lucrat. \u00cens\u0103 nu a fost defel o surpriz\u0103 s\u0103 v\u0103d c\u0103 peste tot CV-urile se redactau <u>exact \u00een acela\u0219i fel<\/u>! Acelea\u0219i informa\u021bii incluse de fiecare dat\u0103, ba chiar \u0219i ordinea era aceea\u0219i. Poate c\u0103 la recrut\u0103rile pentru pozi\u021bii mai joase s-or fi schimbat cerin\u021bele angajatorilor \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te prezentarea datelor din CV (de\u0219i nu cred), \u00eens\u0103 pentru pozi\u021biile \u00eenalte de management nu s-a schimbat absolut nimic, \u0219i nici nu cred c\u0103 vom vedea altceva \u00een viitorul previzibil.<\/p>\n<p>\u0218i ce am f\u0103cut noi la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.managero.ro\/\">Managero<\/a>, de fapt, a fost s\u0103 prelu\u0103m acest standard \u0219i s\u0103-l punem pe site, acum accesibil pentru to\u021bi cei care pot s\u0103 duc\u0103 singuri mai departe un ra\u021bionament dac\u0103 prind o idee din zbor. Dup\u0103 interviul cu candidatul, desigur, pentru c\u0103 are nevoie de o mul\u021bime de informa\u021bii importante pe care nu le g\u0103se\u0219te \u00een CV-ul original &#8211; cel mai adesea plin cu altceva, total irelevant.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Datele personale<\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sex: deocamdat\u0103 lucrurile sunt clare \u0219i stabile \u00een aceast\u0103 privin\u021b\u0103 \u2013 s\u0103 vedem pentru c\u00e2t timp&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Na\u021bionalitatea, \u021bara \u0219i ora\u0219ul din care este candidatul<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e2rsta: nu exist\u0103 angajator care s\u0103 nu \u00eentrebe asta, \u0219i nu cred c\u0103 exista head-hunter care s\u0103-\u0219i permit\u0103 s\u0103 nu r\u0103spund\u0103 la \u00eentrebare, chiar \u0219i cu aproxima\u021bie<\/li>\n<li>Fotografia, luat\u0103 de pe unde se poate, dac\u0103 nu e \u00een CV-ul original.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Educa\u021bia<\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formal\u0103: dat\u0103 de \u00eenceput, de absolvire, universitate, facultate, diploma ob\u021binut\u0103<\/li>\n<li>Adi\u021bional\u0103: certific\u0103rile relevante (cele cunoscute \u0219i recunoscute interna\u021bional, de regul\u0103), \u0219i foarte pu\u021bine alte traininguri cu adev\u0103rat importante \u0219i relevante. Balastul trainingurilor, cursurilor \u0219i diplomelor insignifiante, f\u0103r\u0103 num\u0103r, care umple multe CV-uri manageriale, este scos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Experien\u021ba<\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Angajatorul: din ce \u021bar\u0103, tipul (privat, public, multina\u021bional\u0103 etc.), obiectul de activitate, cifra de afaceri \u00een \u021bara \u00een care e jobul, num\u0103rul de angaja\u021bi, alte informa\u021bii relevante, esen\u021biale, dar pe scurt<\/li>\n<li>Jobul, perioada:\n<ul>\n<li>Pozi\u021bionarea \u00een ierarhie: departamentul, cui este subordonat (pozi\u021bia), c\u00e2\u021bi oameni are \u00een subordine<\/li>\n<li>Misiunea jobului &#8211; o scurt\u0103 descriere sintetic\u0103<\/li>\n<li>Principalele responsabilit\u0103\u021bi &#8211; extrem de succint, spre diferen\u021b\u0103 de ce \u00ee\u0219i \u00eenchipuie majoritatea candida\u021bilor! Informa\u021biile relevante legate de proiecte, realiz\u0103ri, competen\u021be utilizate etc. se sintetizeaz\u0103 \u00een alt\u0103 sec\u021biune (Profilul tehnic\/ anexa Cv-ului), de regul\u0103 transversal, pe toat\u0103 cariera; extrem de rar se face asta pentru fiecare job \u00een parte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Alte informa\u021bii<\/span>: Limbile vorbite, Profilul public etc. &#8211; foarte rar apar alte detalii aici; doar dac\u0103 e ceva cu adev\u0103rat relevant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sinteza tehnic\u0103<\/strong> (anexa CV-ului) &#8211; se face transversal, de regul\u0103, pe toat\u0103 cariera candidatului:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Rezumatul profilului<\/span> (Professional profile\/ Executive summary\/ Profile summary\/ Executive profile\/ \u00a0Professional summary\/ Summary statement etc.)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Lista de proiecte<\/span>\/ tranzac\u021bii\/ portofoliu etc.:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Numele proiectului \u0219i descrierea succint\u0103<\/li>\n<li>Beneficiarul proiectului<\/li>\n<li>Ierarhia \u00een proiect, descris\u0103 prin distan\u021ba fa\u021b\u0103 de Customer (C): project director\/ manager (C-1), project supervisor\/ coordinator (C-2), project specialist\/ member (C-3) etc., tipul angajamentului (angajat, contractor), alte preciz\u0103ri<\/li>\n<li>Data \u0219i durata derul\u0103rii proiectului, loca\u021bia, valoarea proiectului<\/li>\n<li>Rolul \u00een proiect, autoritatea, echipa<\/li>\n<li>Realiz\u0103ri notabile, gradul de finalizare a proiectului, alte informa\u021bii relevate etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Competen\u021bele tehnice<\/span> (doar cele cu adev\u0103rat relevante):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competen\u021ba, cu o descriere sintetic\u0103<\/li>\n<li>Industriile \u0219i tipurile de job \u00een care a fost dob\u00e2ndit\u0103 \u0219i consolidat\u0103<\/li>\n<li>Organiza\u021biile \u0219i tipurile de job \u00een care a fost practicat\u0103 intensiv, durata<\/li>\n<li>Realiz\u0103ri \u0219i performan\u021be legate de aceast\u0103 competen\u021b\u0103, alte informa\u021bii relevante.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Aptitudini \u0219i competen\u021be manageriale<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Realiz\u0103ri notabile<\/span> (faimoasele achievements):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Descriere sintetic\u0103<\/li>\n<li>Data \u0219i durata, organiza\u021bia, postul \u0219i rolul<\/li>\n<li>Detalii, alte informa\u021bii relevante.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Expunerea interna\u021bional\u0103<\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00cen echipe interna\u021bionale, multiculturale, multidisciplinare<\/li>\n<li>\u00cen \u021b\u0103ri diferite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">List\u0103 de publica\u021bii<\/span>, apari\u021bii media \u0219i publice etc.<\/p>\n<p>Aceasta este doar partea de <em>profil tehnic<\/em> pe care consultantul o face candidatului. Urmeaz\u0103 profilul de personalitate, profilul moral, motiva\u021bia, a\u0219tept\u0103rile salariale, riscuri, tot felul de alte comentarii etc.<\/p>\n<p>Rescrierea acestor CV-uri \u0219i redactarea rapoartelor, \u00een general, e partea cea mai <strong>execrabil\u0103<\/strong> din munca unui head-hunter, \u0219i foarte mare consumatoare de timp, de energie, de nervi \u0219i de resurse. \u00cen asemenea m\u0103sur\u0103, \u00eenc\u00e2t unele firme de executive search propun angajatorului un tarif mai mic dac\u0103 le scutesc de aceast\u0103 corvoad\u0103 a rescrierii CV-urilor \u0219i a rapoartelor stufoase. \u0218i <a href=\"http:\/\/www.georgebutunoiu.com\">noi<\/a> facem asta. De multe ori, angajatorii accept\u0103 cu mul\u021bumire acest t\u00e2rg, pentru c\u0103 e vorba despre c\u00e2teva mii bune de Euro mai pu\u021bin la tariful total, procentajele pot ajunge \u0219i la 30%.<\/p>\n<p>Rescrierea unui CV la standardele la care firmele mari de executive search \u00eel prezin\u0103 angajatorilor poate dura c\u00e2teva ore bune, iar un raport complet aproape o zi \u00eentreag\u0103. Eu a\u0219 prefera s\u0103 m\u0103 \u00eent\u00e2lnesc cu 5 candida\u021bi \u00een plus, dec\u00e2t s\u0103 rescriu un CV. E mai pl\u0103cut, oricum, \u0219i incomparabil mai folositor pentru toat\u0103 lumea: \u0219i pentru candida\u021bi, \u00een primul r\u00e2nd, \u0219i pentru angajator, fiindc\u0103 facem alegerea din mai multe op\u021biuni, \u0219i pentru noi, fiindc\u0103 ne cresc \u0219ansele s\u0103 facem o recrutare mai bun\u0103, pe de o parte, \u0219i pentru c\u0103 putem refolosi \u00eent\u00e2lnirile \u0219i informa\u021biile \u0219i la alte recrut\u0103ri.<\/p>\n<p>De ce nu \u00ee\u0219i fac \u0219i candida\u021bii aceste calcule atunci c\u00e2nd \u00ee\u0219i scriu ni\u0219te CV-uri f\u0103r\u0103 logic\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 se \u00eentrebe ce a\u0219teapt\u0103, de fapt, recrutorul \u0219i angajatorul s\u0103 g\u0103seasc\u0103 \u00een ele? Une bonne question, une tr\u00e8s, tr\u00e8s bonne question, cum ar fi spus \u0219i Monsieur Ranque&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>De aceea, un candidat care \u00ee\u0219i redacteaza CV-ul \u00eentr-un format c\u00e2t mai apropiat de acest standard \u00eei face un mare, foarte mare serviciu head-hunterului. \u0218i ca s\u0103-l poat\u0103 evalua mai precis, \u0219i ca s\u0103-l scuteasc\u0103 de munca penibil\u0103 a rescrierii lui. \u0218i invers, cineva care \u00eei trimite un CV prost f\u0103cut, \u00eel face s\u0103 piard\u0103 bani.
