Nu gre\u0219esc \u00een totalitate, pentru c\u0103 recrutorii \u0219i angajatorii \u00eencep\u0103tori a\u0219a fac adesea, mai ales c\u00e2nd au pu\u021bine recrut\u0103ri de f\u0103cut \u0219i timp c\u00e2t vor ei s\u0103-\u0219i ia. \u00cens\u0103 dac\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 cite\u0219ti zeci sau chiar sute de CV-uri pe zi, cum e la recrutori, sau \u0219i sute de alte h\u00e2rii \u0219i mesaje, cum e la managerii cu responsabilit\u0103\u021bi mari, pur \u0219i simplu nu \u00ee\u021bi permi\u021bi, e\u0219ti obligat s\u0103 parcurgi toate acestea \u00eentr-un sistem secven\u021bial-fotografic, pe blocuri de con\u021binut.<\/p>\n<p>Managerii \u0219i cei care lucreaz\u0103 cu volume foarte mari de texte, cum ar fi cercet\u0103torii din mediul academic sau editorii, obliga\u021bi s\u0103 citeasc\u0103 \u0219i c\u00e2te dou\u0103 c\u0103r\u021bi pe zi, \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 adesea tehnici de citire rapid\u0103, care le permit s\u0103 parcurg\u0103 texte la viteze incredibile, cu un mare c\u00e2\u0219tig de timp. \u00cens\u0103 avantajul \u0219i mai mare este c\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd reu\u0219e\u0219ti s\u0103 cite\u0219ti rapid, \u0219i \u00een\u021belegerea e mai bun\u0103! C\u00e2nd \u00ee\u021bi dai seama c\u0103 \u201e\u00ee\u021bi fuge mintea\u201d, e de fapt citire micro-secven\u021bial\u0103 lent\u0103, liniar\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>La citirea rapid\u0103, fotografic\u0103, cite\u0219ti dintr-odat\u0103 jum\u0103tate de r\u00e2nd, un r\u00e2nd \u00eentreg, iar cei mai antrena\u021bi ajung \u0219i pe la trei r\u00e2nduri deodat\u0103, sau chiar mai mult. Ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 ca \u00een\u021belesul \u00eentregului paragraf \u021bi se dezv\u0103luie instantaneu, \u0219i mintea nu mai are timp ca s\u0103 \u201efug\u0103\u201d \u0219i s\u0103 pierzi \u0219irul, chiar dac\u0103 aceast\u0103 \u201efug\u0103\u201d dureaz\u0103 o c\u00e2time de secund\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0219adar, cei presa\u021bi de timp \u0219i obi\u0219nui\u021bi cu volumele mari de informa\u021bie, se uit\u0103 fotografic peste CV \u0219i \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 descompun\u0103 con\u021binutul \u00een blocuri compacte \u0219i cu informa\u021bie relativ omogen\u0103 ca tip \u0219i nivel de detaliere. Apoi, tot instantaneu, \u00eencarc\u0103 s\u0103 repereze \u00een care bloc e informa\u021bia care \u00eei intereseaz\u0103 cel mai mult, pentru a \u00eencepe citirea \u0219i analiza cu acelea, evident.<\/p>\n<p>La fiecare recrutare, ierarhia lucrurilor care te intereseaz\u0103 e alta. Dac\u0103 ai criterii obligatorii, eliminatorii, \u00eencepi cu acelea, desigur: experien\u021b\u0103 pe un anumit tip de job, un anumit tip de angajator, ni\u0219te limte de v\u00e2rst\u0103 (n.b. criterii elimnatorii legate de sex nu am v\u0103zut niciodat\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia \u00een cariera mea de recrutare de peste 30 de ani), de competen\u021be, de tipuri de proiecte etc. Iar dac\u0103 doar vrei doar s\u0103 analizezi profilul \u0219i s\u0103-l clasifici pentru o utilizare ulterioar\u0103, mecanismul e exact acela\u0219i. Asta \u00een cazul \u00een care g\u0103se\u0219te, p\u00e2n\u0103 la urm\u0103, informa\u021bia pe care o caut\u0103. Iar dac\u0103 nu o g\u0103se\u0219te, trebuie s\u0103 ia o decizie rapid\u0103: ori pierde \u00eenc\u0103 incomparabil mai mult timp ca s\u0103 cear\u0103 candidatului informa\u021biile sumplimentare necesare, ori respinge candidatura, dac\u0103 \u0219tie c\u0103 are suficien\u021bi al\u021bi candida\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0219adar, dac\u0103 v\u0103 pas\u0103 de timpul \u0219i de resursele recrutorului \u0219i ale angajatorului, ajuta\u021bi-i s\u0103 fac\u0103 lucrurile cum e mai bine \u0219i mai avantajos pentru ei. S-ar putea s\u0103 aprecieze asta. Dac\u0103 nu v\u0103 pas\u0103, nu face\u021bi. Dar s-ar putea ca angajatorul \u0219i recrutorul s\u0103 observe \u0219i s\u0103 se \u00eentrebe de ce.<\/p>\n<p>Blocurile de con\u021binut sunt delimitate de c\u0103tre cititor, de regul\u0103, prin elementele de formatare. Ori de c\u00e2te ori vezi ruperi de format (alt font, alt\u0103 m\u0103rime de text, culori diferite, spa\u021bii neuzuale, locuri \u00een pagin\u0103, elemente grafice, linii de desp\u0103r\u021bire etc. etc., instinctiv plasezi con\u021binutul \u00eentr-un bloc distinct. Chiar dac\u0103, uneori, nu e cazul. Or, dac\u0103 sunt prea multe blocuri, \u0219i, mai ales, dac\u0103 reperezi c\u00e2te ceva cu un con\u021binut \u201eciudat\u201d, nou, pe care nu l-ai mai v\u0103zut \u00eenainte, te pierzi \u00een ele \u0219i \u00ee\u021bi ia nepermis de mult timp ca s\u0103 repui totul \u00een ordine.<\/p>\n<p>Odat\u0103 asociat con\u021binutul informa\u021bional cu fiecare bloc \u00een parte, \u00eencepi s\u0103 cite\u0219ti ce te intereseaz\u0103, \u00een ordinea pe care \u021bi-ai impus-o. \u0218i acolo citirea e tot fotografic\u0103, desigur, \u00eencerci s\u0103 cite\u0219ti \u0219i s\u0103 \u00een\u021belegi totul dintr-o privire. De foarte multe ori, daca cite\u0219ti c\u00e2teva cuvinte la \u00eenceput, \u00ee\u021bi imaginezi singur restul, cu foarte mare precizie, a\u0219a c\u0103 nu mai pierzi timpul \u0219i treci la urm\u0103torul bloc de informa\u021bie. Cum ar fi s\u0103 cite\u0219ti de fiecare dat\u0103, r\u00e2nd cu r\u00e2nd \u0219i cuv\u00e2nt cu cuv\u00e2nt, care sunt activit\u0103\u021bile zilnice curente ale unul sales manager, ale unui CFO sau director general???<\/p>\n<p>Mai jos sunt dou\u0103 imagini \u00een care am ar\u0103tat cum este \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit\u0103 informa\u021bia pe blocuri pentru o parcurgere fotografic\u0103. Apoi, pe alte CV-uri, am ar\u0103tat ce cite\u0219ti efectiv din acele CV-uri \u0219i c\u00e2nd sari la alt bloc de informa\u021bie, imagin\u00e2ndu-\u021bi restul textului ramas necitit, sau ingnor\u00e2ndu-l, pur \u0219i simplu. \u0218i apoi am ar\u0103tat pe un CV care sunt por\u021biunile din text din care un recrutor \u00ee\u0219i extrage toate informa\u021biile necesare clasific\u0103rii profilului respectiv, cu exact aceea\u0219i precizie ca atunci c\u00e2nd ar parcurge liniar tot textul, de sus p\u00e2n\u0103 jos \u0219i cuv\u00e2nt cu cuv\u00e2nt. Asta cu scopul de a-i ajuta, eventual, pe cei care \u00ee\u0219i scriu CV-ul s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i organizeze informa\u021bia \u00eentr-un mod c\u00e2t mai avantajos pentru cititor, deci \u0219i pentru ei \u00een\u0219i\u0219i, \u00een marea majoritate a cazurilor.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Sper\u0103m c\u0103 dup\u0103 citirea acestui articol s\u0103 v\u0103 face\u021bi o imagine mai bine conturat\u0103 despre diferen\u021ba pentru un angajator \u0219i pentru un manager cu responsabilit\u0103\u021bi mari pe care o face un CV \u00eentr-un format standardizat, cu una, cel mult dou\u0103 pagini, bine g\u00e2ndit (adic\u0103 exact a\u0219a cum \u00eel a\u0219teapt\u0103 ei!), bine structurat \u0219i pus \u00een pagin\u0103, bine formatat, fa\u021b\u0103 de unul inutil-original, inutil-colorat, inutil-lungit, inutil-segmentat, care nu v\u0103 pune cu nimic mai mult \u00een valoare, dar absolut cu nimic! Unde se opre\u0219te textul cu ro\u0219u, acolo se opre\u0219te \u0219i analistul cu cititul, \u0219i apoi sare direct la urm\u0103torul bloc. Apoi a ap\u0103rut Internetul, pe urm\u0103 Facebookul, \u0219i ideile celor pu\u021bini care g\u00e2ndesc mult au ajuns \u0219i la cei care nu au citit vreodat\u0103 o carte. Dar nu \u00een PDF, cu tot cu carte, ci doar ideile, care zburd\u0103 acum libere prin lume, din ecran \u00een ecran.\r\n\r\nFoarte bine!, spun m\u0103micile, mul\u021bumite c\u0103 \u0103la micu o s\u0103 fie mai de\u0219tept, \u0219i, pe cale de consecin\u021b\u0103, cu un <em>servici<\/em> mai bun dec\u00e2t predecesorii familiali. Foarte, foarte bine, a\u0219adar!\r\n\r\nIdeile bune \u0219i frumoase nu puteau s\u0103 fie ratate de marketeri, pentru c\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 v\u00e2nd bine. A\u0219a c\u0103 e plin televizorul de reclame \u00een care e\u0219ti \u00eendemnat s\u0103 fii tu \u00eensu\u021bi, s\u0103 g\u00e2nde\u0219ti liber, s\u0103 te exprimi (aici nu prea se spune ce s\u0103 zici), s\u0103 rupi barierele, s\u0103 te desc\u0103tu\u0219ezi \u0219i tot felul de alte gesturi, aparent neviolente pentru cei din jur.\r\n\r\nToate personajele frumoase din reclame sunt \u00een \u021binute lejere, cu cer albastru \u00een spate \u0219i soarele pe fa\u021ba lor (adic\u0103 din spatele camerei, ca s\u0103 nu strice imaginea), mare sau lac, dup\u0103 caz, floricele, ceea ce m\u0103 f\u0103cea \u00eentotdeauna p\u00e2n\u0103 acum s\u0103 consider c\u0103 respectivii erau filma\u021bi \u00een vacan\u021b\u0103, sau \u00een timpul lor liber. Oricum, dup\u0103 <em>servici<\/em>.\r\n\r\nDar zilele acestea am v\u0103zut o reclam\u0103 care folose\u0219te un cuv\u00e2nt nou asociat cu ideile frumoase listate mai sus. Pe un ton imperativ gutural, o duduie cu voce groas\u0103 \u0219i cu ecou de studio ne \u00eendeamn\u0103 sa fim noi \u00een\u0219ine, s\u0103 g\u00e2ndim liber, s\u0103 ne exprim\u0103m (aici nu se \u00een\u021belege ce), s\u0103 rupem barierele, s\u0103 ne desc\u0103tu\u0219\u0103m ca s\u0103 avans\u0103m \u00een carier\u0103, printre altele. Da, carier\u0103 e noul cuv\u00e2nt.\r\n\r\nSigur, citesc \u00eendemnurile acestea revolu\u021bionare adresate angaja\u021bilor de ani de zile pe Linkedin \u0219i pe Facebook, paginile mele sunt pline cu ele. Iar cuv\u00e2ntul sclav, foarte apropiat de angajat \u00een propozi\u021bie, nu a mai ap\u0103rut niciodat\u0103 at\u00e2t de des \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, de la <a href=\"https:\/\/ro.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Robia_%C3%AEn_%C8%9B%C4%83rile_rom%C3%A2ne\">1855<\/a> \u00eencoace. \u00cens\u0103 desc\u0103tu\u0219area ca solu\u021bie revolu\u021bionar\u0103 pentru avansarea \u00een carier\u0103, sau chiar \u00eenainte de a \u00eencepe, \u00eenc\u0103 de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.managero.ro\/articles\/out-of-the-box\/\">CV<\/a> \u0219i de la interviul de angajare, pare s\u0103 fie o descoperire recent\u0103, totu\u0219i...\r\n\r\nDar m\u0103micile ar trebui s\u0103 \u0219tie c\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd ideile celor pu\u021bini care g\u00e2ndesc mult ajung la el nu direct, ci prin intermediul celor mul\u021bi care g\u00e2ndesc pu\u021bin, \u0103la micu s-ar putea s\u0103 aib\u0103 o mare, foarte mare surpriz\u0103 \u00een <em>carier\u0103<\/em>. \u0218i va fi cu at\u00e2t mai derutat cu c\u00e2t nu va \u00een\u021belege de ce, c\u00e2t\u0103 vreme el a f\u0103cut exact ce zicea duduia cu voce imperativ gutural\u0103 \u00een reclam\u0103 \u0219i ce a \u00een\u021beles el din citatele motiva\u021bionale de pe Internet. Fiindca \u0103la micu nu \u0219tie c\u0103 po\u021bi fi autentic \u0219i desc\u0103tu\u0219at de diminea\u021ba p\u00e2n\u0103 seara doar \u00een reclamele de la Fanta. \u00cen real life e mai prudent s\u0103 te desc\u0103tu\u0219ezi numai \u00een pauza de pr\u00e2nz, sau de la ora 18 \u00eencolo, dup\u0103 <em>servici<\/em>.\r\n\r\nLa fiecare desc\u0103tu\u0219at, o companie are nevoie de dou\u0103zeci de \u00eenc\u0103tu\u0219a\u021bi care s\u0103 fac\u0103 treaba. S\u0103 nu ai surpriza s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2i \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 femeie \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 copil c\u00e2nd \u00eeti vei pierde jobul. \u00centr-o firm\u0103, din dou\u0103zeci de desc\u0103tu\u0219a\u021bi, unul e promovat pentru asta, \u0219i nou\u0103sprezece risc\u0103 s\u0103 fie da\u021bi afar\u0103. O \u201eindustrie\u201d care a \u00eenflorit de-a dreptul. La \u00eenceput \u00een str\u0103in\u0103tate, dar \u0219i cei de la noi le sufl\u0103 \u00een ceaf\u0103. \u0218i bine\u00een\u021beles c\u0103 to\u021bi v\u0103 recomand\u0103 CV-uri \u201ecreative \u0219i inovatoare\u201d, cum ar putea altfel s\u0103-\u0219i justifice serviciul \u0219i banii lua\u021bi? Te duci la acel consultant <u>tocmai<\/u> pentru c\u0103-\u021bi face CV-ul diferit fa\u021b\u0103 de vecinul lui, altfel pentru ce i-ai mai pl\u0103ti? Originalitatea e infinit\u0103, deci e loc pe pia\u021b\u0103 pentru oric\u00e2\u021bi consultan\u021bi, pe c\u00e2nd clasicismul e unul singur, \u0219i un singur consultant pe jude\u021b ar fi suficient... :)\r\n\r\nEu am scris de c\u00e2nd tot fac recrut\u0103ri, de zeci de ani, mai precis spus, c\u0103 mie (GB, adic\u0103) mi se pare infantilism managerial s\u0103 crezi c\u0103 dac\u0103 trimi\u021bi un CV mai neobi\u0219nuit, transmi\u021bi astfel angajatorului c\u0103 e\u0219ti creativ, original, out of the box. La pozi\u021bii foarte joase, pentru \u00eencep\u0103tori, poate c\u0103 da, \u00eens\u0103 la pozi\u021bii \u00eenalte pare o smecherie ieftin\u0103, care \u00eei irit\u0103 pe mul\u021bi angajatori. \u0218i s\u0103 fi\u021bi convin\u0219i c\u0103 sunt foarte atent la reac\u021biile angajatorilor c\u00e2nd le pic\u0103 \u00een m\u00e2n\u0103 un astfel de CV \u201eoriginal\u201d, \u0219tiu bine ce vorbesc. Ca s\u0103 nu mai spun c\u0103 pentru mul\u021bi angajatori originalitatea e mai degraba un semnal de alarm\u0103, nu de interes, \u0219i cu at\u00e2t mai mult risca\u021bi s\u0103 ob\u021bine\u021bi reac\u021bia exact opus\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de ce v\u0103 dori\u021bi... Nu am v\u0103zut niciodat\u0103, dar absolut NICIODAT\u0102, un angajator care s\u0103 reac\u021bioneze cu surprindere pl\u0103cut\u0103 (deci avantajoas\u0103 pentru candidat) la vederea unui astfel de CV neobi\u0219nuit!\r\n\r\nPe unii \u00eei pun pe g\u00e2nduri c\u00e2nd le spun asta, \u00eentr-adev\u0103r, dar imediat vin cu un contrargument beton, pentru c\u0103 dac\u0103 ar spune direct, da, cred c\u0103 ai dreptate, GB, s-ar sim\u021bi obliga\u021bi s\u0103 admit\u0103 \u0219i c\u0103 i-a fraierit cineva p\u00e2n\u0103 atunci. \u0218i nu-i convine nim\u0103nui asta.\r\n\r\nDeci, da, GB, dar pentru o firm\u0103 \u00een care creativitatea este chiar obiectul ei de activitate, trebuie s\u0103 trimi\u021bi un CV c\u00e2t mai distinctiv, evident...\r\n\r\nP\u0103i, \u0219tiu \u0219i eu (aici r\u0103spunde GB!), hai s\u0103 vedem... Sigur c\u0103 nu po\u021bi! \u00cen 9 din 10 anun\u021buri, dimpotriv\u0103, e\u0219ti obligat s\u0103 scrii doar ce d\u0103 bine, nu ceea ce chiar ai nevoie, \u00een realitate. Nu a fost a\u0219a \u00eentotdeauna, dup\u0103 cum se \u0219tie. Sau nu la nivelul acesta, oricum. \u00cens\u0103 presiunea social\u0103, \u0219i presiunea angaja\u021bilor, \u00eenainte de toate, au dus lucrurile p\u00e2n\u0103 aici. Oamenilor le place luciditatea, o pun \u00een lista cu lucrurile bune \u00een via\u021b\u0103. Dar numai c\u00e2nd le spune ceea ce le place lor s\u0103 aud\u0103. Dac\u0103 nu, o mut\u0103 imediat \u00een cealalt\u0103 list\u0103.\r\n\r\nCum cred oamenii c\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 fie un angajat, ce calit\u0103\u021bi trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103? P\u0103i, cele despre care ei citesc \u00een anun\u021buri \u0219i \u00een articolele motiva\u021bionale de pe Internet, desigur! \u0218i ce fac? \u00ce\u0219i pun mintea la contribu\u021bie ca s\u0103 g\u0103seasc\u0103 semnale pe care s\u0103 le trimit\u0103 angajatorului, ca s\u0103-i arate c\u0103 ei sunt out of the box! \u00ce\u0219i fac CV-uri fistichii, fac lucrurile pe dos ca s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i exhibe personalitatea \u0219i originalitatea. \u0218i ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 dac\u0103 angajatorul interpreteaz\u0103 corect semnalele primite (\u0219i a\u0219a face, din cate am observat eu)? Nu cred c\u0103 e greu de ghicit.\r\n\r\nAngajatorii au nevoie, din c\u00e2nd \u00een c\u00e2nd, de angaja\u021bi foarte creativi, originali, out of the box. Dar unii care s\u0103 \u0219tie bine cum func\u021bioneaz\u0103 un business, totu\u0219i, care s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 regulile \u0219i procedurile. \u0218i s\u0103 le respecte, mai ales, atunci c\u00e2nd chiar trebuie s\u0103 le respecte. Dac\u0103 exist\u0103 vreun angajator care s\u0103 nu le vrea pe acestea toate la un loc, simultan adic\u0103, atunci e o mare excep\u021bie, care nu are vreo relevan\u021b\u0103.\r\n\r\nDilem\u0103, deci, pentru candida\u021bii din grupa minuscul\u0103 a acelora 1 din 10, care trebuie s\u0103 transmit\u0103 semnale (aparent) contradictorii: pe care s\u0103 le transmit\u0103 la \u00eenceput, \u00eenc\u0103 din faza de CV sau de prim contact? Pe cele cu originalitatea sau pe cele cu conformismul organiza\u021bional?\r\n\r\nAm f\u0103cut un mic sondaj pe acest subiect acum c\u00e2teva s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni, \u0219i rezultatele au fost cele a\u0219teptate: majoritatea au spus c\u0103 e bine s\u0103-\u021bi ar\u0103\u021bi outoftheboxismul \u00eenc\u0103 de la \u00eenceput.\r\n\r\nDar eu le recomand s\u0103 fac\u0103 invers, totu\u0219i, celor care m\u0103 \u00eentreab\u0103. \u00cen primul r\u00e2nd, s\u0103 calculeze bine cam care este balansul dintre outoftheboxism \u0219i conformism pentru jobul respectiv. Apoi, oricare ar fi rezultatul calculului, s\u0103-\u0219i arate originalitatea ceva mai t\u00e2rziu \u00een timpul interviului, \u0219i oarecum controlat \u0219i gradual, nu teatral, de la \u00eenceput. E mai s\u0103n\u0103tos s\u0103 \u00eel analizezi mai \u00eent\u00e2i pe cel cu care stai de vorb\u0103, nu s\u0103 presupui tu c\u0103 el apreciaz\u0103 originalitatea oric\u00e2nd \u0219i \u00een orice context. Riscul s\u0103 deranjezi prin outoftheboxism e mai mare \u0219i cu consecin\u021be mai serioase dec\u00e2t deranjul prin conformism!\r\n\r\nSigur, dac\u0103 e\u0219ti at\u00e2t de sigur pe tine \u0219i l-ai citit \u0219i pe Amotz Zahavi, ac\u021bionezi din impuls \u0219i la inspira\u021bie, \u00eenc\u0103 de la \u00eenceput, cu \u0219anse bune de reu\u0219it\u0103. \u00cens\u0103 joburile acestea sunt rare, nici m\u0103car \u00eentre acelea 1 din 10.
