Ce crede\u021bi c\u0103 \u00een\u021beleg angajatorul \u0219i recrutorul din primul CV \u0219i ce din al doilea? Dar dac\u0103 nu sunte\u021bi ABSOLUT SIGUR c\u0103 cel care cite\u0219te CV-ul cunoa\u0219te bine companiile prin care a\u021bi trecut, cu toate detaliile lor, e mai s\u0103n\u0103tos s\u0103-i da\u021bi informa\u021biile de care are nevoie.<\/p>\n<p>Legat de descrierea efectiv\u0103 a joburilor din CV: o recomandare pe care nu ar trebui s\u0103 o fac, fiindc\u0103 dezv\u0103lui secrete ale meseriei care \u00eemi \u00eengreuneaz\u0103 mie munca, este s\u0103-i considera\u021bi pe recrutori \u0219i pe managerii angajatori oameni c\u00e2t de c\u00e2t inteligen\u021bi, totu\u0219i. Porni\u021bi de la ideea c\u0103 \u0219tiu ce e acela \u0219i ce face un director general, un antreprenor, un sales manager, un warehouse manager, un plant manager, un purchasing manager, un IT manager, un HR manager, un finance manager, un \u0219ef contabil, un finance controller \u0219i mul\u021bi, mul\u021bi al\u021bii cu joburi care se numesc la fel \u00een toate firmele pam\u00e2ntului. Mul\u021bi le trec pe s\u0103rite, cel mai adesea doar pe ultimele, cu explica\u021bia pueril\u0103 c\u0103 au trecut \u00een CV doar ce li s-a p\u0103rut lor mai important. Eu \u00eei \u00eentreb dac\u0103 \u0219i-au f\u0103cut CV-ul ca s\u0103 \u0219i-l citeasc\u0103 singuri, sau ca s\u0103-l citesc eu. \u00cemi r\u0103spund c\u0103 e pentru mine \u0219i pentru angajator, desigur! \u0218i de unde \u0219tii tu ce este important pentru mine, ca recrutor, ce caut \u0219i ce analizez eu \u00eentr-un CV? Ah, la asta nu m-am g\u00e2ndit! Da, evident c\u0103 nu te-ai g\u00e2ndit, dup\u0103 cum se vede c\u0103 nu te-ai g\u00e2ndit nici la multe altele. Nu \u0219tii ce e important pentru un recrutor \u0219i cum face el analiza, \u0219i nu vei \u0219ti niciodat\u0103 asta \u00een detaliu \u0219i cu precizie&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>A\u0219a, ca s\u0103 mai dezv\u0103lui ni\u0219te secrete, pentru mine \u0219i pentru recrutorii de mod\u0103 veche, primul job din CV e la fel de relevant ca \u0219i ultimul. \u0218i liceul pe care l-ai f\u0103cut, \u0219i facultatea \u0219i tot ce \u021bine de tine.
